Graham on front desk was friendly and very helpful with advice etc. jumped on the bus to Wimbledon-approx 10 mins. Great pad Thai restaurant in York Street? Near Wandsworth town rail station. Super place, would use again. ”

Hotelli on aivan lähellä metropysäkkiä. Huoneessa ei ole ilmastointia, mikä voi kesällä olla aika ikävä juttu. Ikkunan sai auki. Siisteystaso oli hyvä. Suosittelen ehdottomasti!”

Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. ”
”We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. The staff were amazing and very accomodating. The entire property was immaculate. On our last day we witnessed the housekeeping staff clean the common areas and we understood why the place was so clean.
Next to the cleanliness, the gardens won as our favorite thing about the hotel. We spent many evenings enjoyng a bottle of wine in the peaceful gardens.

”This is a perfect accommodation when exploring both Richmond and London. The tube station is just few minutes away and takes roughly 45mins to central London.
The hotel itself is so well managed; everything super clean and neat. Service was outstanding all the way. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but coffee was good :)
The room itself was very small, but we dod not need much more space as we mainly just slept there.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit London, but...
”Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly.
The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early.”

Aulassa hieman ummehtunut haju ja hissi haisi aivan maakellarille. Aamupala todella minimaalinen, kaipasin enemmän terveellisempiä vaihtoehtoja. Tulipahan käytyä mutta en menisi uudestaan. "
