”Stayed here a few time and always found the owner friendly polite and helpful ,doesn't do evening meals but you just walk to the quay and it takes 3minutes and you have the restaurants pubs. The breakfasts are large you would not starve . Definitely recommend ”

”The location was ideal for our travel plans and was a rural, quiet spot. The room was so inviting with dual aspect views and good lighting. There was plenty of parking and the staff were extremely polite and welcoming. ”

”A very enjoyable stay, the room was beautifuly decorated with plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Had a meal in the restaurant first evening which was very enjoyable. Great outdoor and indoor space to have a drink. Poole is a lovely area and we thought this hotel was very good value.”

”Mukava vanhan ajan majatalo, joka sopi sijainniltaan hyvin yöpymispaikaksi matkalla kanaalisaarille (n. 10 min kävelyn päässä Poolen satamasta). Huoneessa ei muuta moittimista kuin vanhanaikaiset ikkunat, joiden äänieristys oli olematon ja jo loppukesän yönä huone oli melko viileä. Korvatulpat takasivat silti rauhalliset unet. Aamupala hyvä brittiaamiainen ja henkilökunta niin respassa kuin aamupalalla oli kohteliasta.”

”Fabulous stay - loved it! Breakfast hamper was absolutely wonderful, though we couldn’t eat it all. Plenty of parking. Key code entry gives more flexibility as to arrival times, which suited us as we were spending the day and having dinner with friends so didn’t arrive till late. Brilliant one night break, will return without a doubt, and have already recommended to friends.”

”Great room, good and clean. Great decor and would certainly visit again. (Too good to say a "stay" as host so personable and friendly). Self check in as such, but only because of our travel time varied, would have been met by owners. Great hosts, giving good local advice and hints and tips, could not do enough to help us a new to the area. Bed very comfortable and certainly a warm room. We felt really at home here.
