”I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. It completely wrecked the evening which was the celebration of my wife's 70th Birthday. Our first night was a nightmare with no ability for us and our guests to have shower for two full days even...

”We arrived a bit early, but were welcomed in by Oliver who was very professional. We took the lift to the first floor and found our room. It was very comfortable and had a lot of space. We went out and returned to use the restaurant which had a few people in it. We had to order in the bar which was OK. In the morning there was a good choice for a buffet by breakfast. Altogether a good place to stay and a very comfortable room.”
