Recently transformed through a full renovation, this detached Lake District home has been thoughtfully designed for bringing people together. Stylish yet relaxed, it combines beautiful interiors with fantastic social spaces and standout outdoor facilities.

At the heart of the house is a stunning open-plan living space where the kitchen, dining area, and lounge flow together effortlessly. A double-sided log burner creates a cosy focal point, connecting the sitting area with the kitchen and dining space, while large windows and doors open onto the south-facing terrace and garden beyond.

When the weather turns, the separate cinema room provides the perfect spot for film nights, while outside you`ll find a private hot tub, sauna, covered dining area, and patio seating, all positioned to make the most of the views towards the Langdale Pikes.

Sleeping up to six guests across three beautifully appointed bedrooms, Moss Ghyll is ideal for families, groups of friends, and guests travelling with dogs. With generous indoor and outdoor spaces, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax, whether that means film nights in the cinema room, evenings in the hot tub, or children and dogs enjoying the garden.

While our friendly team at Laik won`t be present physically for your check-in, we operate a seamless self check-in process to give you privacy and convenience.

Despite not being on site, we are easily reachable via phone or messages. Whether you have a query or need assistance, we`re here to ensure your stay is smooth and enjoyable.

🔥 The log burner is available for guest use, however logs and kindling are not provided. Please bring your own supplies or purchase them locally during your stay.
🐾 Dogs are welcome at Moss Ghyll. We kindly ask that dogs are kept off furniture, not left unattended in the property, and that owners clean up after them.
👶 Family-friendly property with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for children to enjoy.
📺 Smart TVs are provided throughout the property. Guests will need to log into their own streaming accounts.
⚡ EV charger available on a pay-as-you-go basis. Guests should bring their own charging cable if required.
🛁 The hot tub and sauna are located within the covered outdoor area and can be enjoyed year-round.
🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the property.
📶 Local services: This property relies on local utility and communication networks operated by third-party providers, including electricity, water, internet, and mobile networks. Whilst interruptions are uncommon, occasional outages can occur and are outside the control of the property owner and managing agent. Should this happen during your stay, we`ll do our best to keep you informed and assist where possible.
Do not burn anything other than wood logs in the log burner or fire pit.

No glass in the Gazebo.

No smoking inside.

Do not bring the fire pit or BBQ into the gazebo. Please keep to the sunset terrace area.

Never leave the fire pit unattended or burning overnight.
