”We showed up to the hotel at 8pm and they said they were closed because the electricity was out. There are no other hotels and they could not recommend anything other than go to Banff and see what you can find. They would even let us into the hotel to sleep. ”Spent a lot to stay at this resort. They were still cleaning my room at 3:45pm
When check-in is 4. Got the room, power went out for the entire resort around 9pm. There was limited updates, still no power the next morning. Told they had no idea when power would be back.
