”Property was not like in the picture. Couldn’t get the TV to work. Not enough parking, we had to park across the street. I had to struggle with the lock to get it to lock, they still use keys….. But the man that checked us in was very friendly.”

”Really loved the hot springs! Easy check in. Plenty of parking. The cleaning of the room might need more help, we did find someone's sock under the armchair and the main chair was pretty worn out. However, everything else was wonderful.”

”Great location, and clean room. I would give 5 stars if the matress was firmer and newer. It was a bit squeaky, and, that was only minus point. I wish they can upgrade this sooner, and it will be excellent all around. I still highly recommend this place.”

”Room was very clean. Staff (I think it’s the owner?) was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy - right next to my door! AC kept the room very cool on a warm night. I would definitely book here again! An older building but very well maintained.”

”We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well. ”

”Our stay was decent overall. The room was clean, and the location was convenient. The complimentary breakfast was made fresh and surprisingly good. The only issue we experienced was getting locked out of our room. The side door lock wasn’t opening, and the security latch had been left on, so we couldn’t get back in. Since the front desk was already closed, it took more than 10 calls before we were able to reach someone. We were eventually moved to a different room for the night, but we couldn’t...

”Stayed here several times before, but this time we went to make our meal, had 1 plate, 1 knife, 1fork. Staff did bring extra when contacted. Husband came out of bathroom with barefeet and kitchen floor was sticky. We cleaned ourselves. Staff said manager will contact us, never seen from manager before leaving property. Next morning, went to make coffee, a pod had not been cleaned out of machine and was stuck to the top and could not get out easily. Beds were fine. Deck rails peeling very bad. At...
