”We staff were very helpfull”

”Outdoor guest hot springs pool was very nice. We had been informed that other hot springs pools would be closed for maintenance which was fine as it was cool and rainy. We wanted to use pool soon after arrival and did not realize that there were towels and robes that we could have used in the closet.”

”Staff checking in early was very friendly and helpful . Room was clean & spacious . Close to Tim Hortons . 5 min drive to down town. Breakfast was waffles , French toast . Egg bites you heated up . Plus the usuals We would stay there again !”

”Staff was great, room/building is a bit outdated but everything was clean. Great location. This place was a great value for the money, and would be great for young families. We used the pool and hot tub but would have liked if it was open a bit later. Only issue was the A/C in the room was very small and did not keep the bedroom cool at all (and it was only ~23C out). And the mattress was a 4/10 for comfort.”

”It was a great location, but…. Our cabin was very run down (looking around a lot of the cabins looked nice, perhaps we just had bad luck). In order to open the cabin door you had to put your shoulder into it, and to close it had to slam it very hard!! When doing dishes the sink wouldn’t drain, after a shower, outside smelled like septic tank, toilet seat kept falling off, bathroom faucet handle kept falling off, couldn’t close the bedroom door because the door was opened against the wall and...

”Quaint old house atmosphere”

”Overall pleasant stay, very comfortable bed. Would be nicer if our key cards didn’t stop working the second day or if room service was provided. We didn’t get notified that it would not be provided and there was no sign saying that either.”

”Wonderful little spot with great amenities. Clean rooms and beds. Loved the fire pit and barbecues. A quaint little retreat in a great little town.”

”Love having a fridge with a freezer compartment as we had ice-packs we needed to refreeze. Got the Hot Springs tickets from them which saved us the cost of hiring a towel at the Hot Springs. For the price the amenities supplied was better than fancier hotels, shampoo plus conditioner, tea bags etc. I think small operator are so much better in terms of value. ”Wonderful place! Looks like your normal roadside motel that you might not consider if you are used to staying in hotels. But the front desk staff was very welcoming and the room is charming and comfortable in every way. Great decision to stay here. If we are back in the area, we wouldn’t consider anywhere else.”

”Thger rooms are small, buyt have everything you need for a good days rest. Staff was super helpful, and suggested nic eplaces to eat and check out.”
