”The property was nice in itself, room small, no smart tv, staff wasn't that nice. Check in took a while and we didn't even get a lot of information about the hotel still. We also had to ask 3 times for a dental kit before actually geting it. Gabriel had a bit of a bad attitude in the reception. Also they didn't inform us that only some of the water that they bring to the room is free of charge and Pedro in the reception still demanded the charge for 4 water cans. I myself work at the reception...

”The hotel was very nice and have great views of the beach or inner city. We stayed at the 5th floor overlooking the pool and that was just perfect! Rooftop has nice game room and views of the ocean. The soaps and lotions smell really great!”

”Voce está fora do Rio estando a 5 minutoa da Barra da Tijuca. Vista linda, contato direto com a natureza. Ficamos num quarto com ofurô super limpo, cama boa, quarto amplo e arrumado. Fizemos um jantar bem romântico a beira da lagoa, pratos feitos pelo chef Diego, do Master Chef 10. ”

”My sister and I really had a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing! Some of the sites, attractions and the old town were 40-45 minutes drive and sometimes longer with traffic but Ubers were easy to find and very affordable. ”

”Toinen puoli hotellista rantaan päin, rauhallinen, toinen puoli moottoritietä päin, siellä ei melun vuoksi juuri ikkunaa halunnut avata. Huone siisti ja huonepalvelu toimi hyvin. Respassa ymmärrettiin englantia melkein aina. Safkoista ei tietoa, kävin lähikortteleiden ravintoloissa, valikoimaa on. Ympäröivä Jardim Oceanicon alue on rauhallinen ja turvallisen oloinen (iltaisinkin) ja huomattavasti mielyttävämpää aluetta, kuin suurin osa Barra da Tijucasta. Vartin kävelymatkan päässä hotellista...

Dar pra ir andando pra praia posto 2, rua dos bares Olegário Maciel bem próximo, funcionários do hotel simpáticos, adorei ”

”Staff was very nice and friendly, breakfast was ok with Brazilian Standards, Hotel needs renovation. It was raining and the whole hotel was flooding so a bit uncomfortable stay. Wi-Fi was not working all the time”

The promise was false. I am going to make a complaint to Hotels.com about the advertising. Bad connection in the lobby. On the second floor the noise of the traffic was horrible. Breakfast: healthy choices were minimum like vegetables. The servants were students. The management should train them more. At the...
