”4 of us stayed for a friends birthday - went for an afternoon tea at Burnham Beeches hotel which was lovely. Then returned to accommodation for an evening in. The property was really really lovely. Host was great, property was great, location great and overall lovely stay.”

”Although well-located in London, the room is extremely small and not very clean. Furthermore, having only one shared bathroom for 7 rooms leads to long and annoying waits. For the price, I would have expected more. Finally, even though there is a kettle and a fridge, the lack of any floor space or a small table makes it impossible to eat food in the room.”

”Excellent location near St Pancras and Euston stations. Nice spacious room and lovely ensuite. Great to have kettle, microwave and hairdryer. My room was in the basement which was fine as I only had a rucksack, but stairs could be tricky with heavy luggage. Communication with Sarah was excellent, she's so helpful! Would definitely book here again.”

”Excellent location with garden and parking, convenient for central London and lovely hosts.”

”Loved it. Steps from the town center and 4 mins to the train station. It takes 15 min if that to get to Waterloo station which dumps you next to the London eye. Check in was simple thanks to the video.”

”Great location and price. However, the cleanliness of the room and bathrooms could have been bett”
