And on top of that, the staff tried to charge me AGAIN after I already paid through Hotels.com, quoting that they "could not find my reservation" even after showing them the confirmation pages on both Hotels.com and from their own organization. ”The room had mold underneath the sink. The wood was rotting. The picture frames were cracked and falling apart. The room was clean. That’s about all very disappointed. Had to get a different room that night. And the other room, the toilet paper thing was falling off the wall, and there were some wires underneath the heater old telephone wires that were bare wires not safe at all.”

”Property is old and not in the best condition. It was clean but dingy. The beds were soft but squeaky and dipped towards the middle. Hot water ran out during shower. Wifi was very spotty/slow. Front desk staff was friendly.”

”The room had roaches, and the shower had no working hot water; the sink was leaking, and the bathroom floor was soaked. The doorknob mechanism on the inside was rigged not to lock after the guest leaves, and only locks when you're inside the room. An open condom wrapper was left between the mattress and the headboard, along with cigarette buds in a non-smoking hotel. When trying to cancel or switch rooms, the front desk was unaccommodating. ”

”Very dirty, hair all over the bathroom and carpet. The room smelled horrible the carpet was sticky and the sheets had a stain. Was so grossed out they we had to leave and stay elsewhere. ”
