Chalet't – Wine Country

”Huone oli siisti ja henkilökunta todella ystävällistä”

”Pool and hot tub did not look inviting so we didn't even try it. Didn't realize when we booked it was more of a motel, outside entrance to our room, I didn't feel comfortable with that, security wise. Never tried breakfast either The gentleman at front desk was amazing on our check out date! He jumped our rental car and was so nice in a stressful situation!”

”Very charming property with kind attentive staff. Lovely stay with a comfortable room and a great breakfast the following morning”

”Random litter around the property from less responsible guests. Water pressure from the shower was pretty weak.”

”We stayed at the hotel with my friend and loved it. The hotel has a perfect location, room was nice and clean and their staff was very friendly and helpful. We would love to go back! ”

”We checked in late to our room, and discovered the sheets were never changed. There was food and sand in the bed. I’m 8.5 months pregnant and just wanted to lay down, so we cleaned everything and went to bed. Slept for about 2 hours and kept waking up grossed out by the entire situation. I messaged the property, and the reply was “apologies, we will review procedures with housekeeping”. Nothing about a comp or even a discount. Terrible Customer Service response.”

”Nice place. Great location.”

”Pieni ja siisti majoituskohde. Hyvä aamiainen kuuluu hintaan.”

”We had a lovely stay! Breakfast was great (especially the other morning when there was warm breakfast). Staff was super nice and helpful. Loved the small pool and cookies in the afternoon. Room was comfortable.”

”The room and the hotel were both clean. It’s a good location. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast was super friendly.”

”This was our first experience staying at a bed and breakfast, and overall, we would give it a **10/10!** The property is absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. We were warmly greeted by the innkeeper, who made check-in quick and easy. They took the time to explain all the room's features, including the incredibly luxurious and comfortable bed! Although we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the chef-prepared breakfast in the morning, it looked absolutely...

Kaiken kaikkiaan ikimuistoinen kokemus!”

”Free parking. Fair free breakfast. I was on the first floor and I asked to move to a higher level and the room I moved to was much better.”

”Overall, it was slightly disappointing considering the over $300 a night price point. The door key was not always working, which was not great. There was no soap for the bathroom sink, the cleaning staff placed a lotion bottle instead of soap. We could also never get any shampoo or shower gel out of the bottles in the shower, even after bringing it to the attention of the hotel staff, the issue was not fully resolved. Maintenance work commenced prior nine o‘clock in the morning and did not add...

”Great location. Quiet. Clean. Room and bathroom, towels, bed and linens on the basic side. Staff was lovely.”

”Bed smelled like someone’s perfume. Remote control had fluid stains. Sink was dirty with previous use debris. Tub has mold. Lobby and elevator carpet were dirty not vacuumed during my whole stay. I asked for a room close to elevator I was told hotel was booked which seemed to be inaccurate.”
