”I am a bit leery of small places like this, but this one far exceeded my expectations. This is not a five-star resort. This is a small roadside Lodge that is locally owned for a night of restful sleep. It was clean and felt safe. The host was wonderful. The only thing you should know if there are no restaurants close by. If you want to eat, do it in town before you arrive. This would be a perfect place to stay if you are wanting to go into Big South Fork for night sky programs”

”Property was clean-felt new. Beds were very comfortable-loved that there were 4 pillows on each bed. That makes a difference for us! The temperature was comfortable, staff was friendly, all common areas and room-VERY clean. Breakfast was nicely set out, very tidy and a nice selection of foods that looks like it’s turned over regularly. Coffee area was nice with several options of creamer-also very clean. We were very impressed and would plan to stay again on our travels.”

”We will definitely come here again. The room was clean and the staff were courteous and efficient. The breakfast in the morning had a ton of variety for all ages, and the lady who was there was just lovely. They even had a little basket of crayons for the kids. Really nice place. ”

Private and especially clean and cozy.The bathroom and shower building was very very clean which is important.The cabin is very well thought out, the chairs on the deck double as rockers yet perfect as just chairs, the outdoor firepit is great and works well, and a propane grill so don't have to drag along charcoal along with the rest of what a person might need.This place is wonderful and highly recommend for one or two people.”
