”All was great”

”Lovely old building with smells of a proper English b&b”

”The room was beautiful and clean. Very good amenities, including an ironing board and an iron which is a rare treat! The staff were great and it was nice to have the pub downstairs. Breakfast was exceptional 👌 cooked to order.”

”The hotel is a lovely building, the staff were nice”

”On arrival to the hotel our party were given the wrong rooms, i had ordered a double and a family room i was given the family room my daughter and family was given twin beds,it wasn't a problem we just swapped, and we settled with the twin room? we started to unpack when my daughter called to tell me there was a dirty pair of under pants behind the bathroom door!!!!! ”Nice place to stay, friendly staff,............”

”Lovely room comfortable bed staff friendly and helpful and a lovely breakfast”

”The room was quite Ok, but no 4 star hotel”

”I would advise other travellers to be cautious, especially if arriving late or making a last-minute booking. I should also mention that I was told I would not be offered breakfast because I had booked last minute or arrived late. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not stay here again.”

”All good but it felt like there was constant cleaning around you as cleaning staff had trolleys in the corridor which made it feel a little unorganised and messy”

”good”

”The rooms weren’t clean and cleaned dust from the bathroom and the sink which had turned brown .”

”We had a lovely one-night stay at House 41 while visiting Aylesbury Theatre. The room was spotless, warm and welcoming, making it a lovely place to relax after our evening out. Helen, the owner, was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was freshly cooked, delicious and the perfect start to the day. We couldn’t fault our stay and would highly recommend House 41 to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We would definitely return if we’re in the...

”We recently stayed at Longs Inn in Woburn for one night and, unfortunately, were quite disappointed. The property is in need of some updating and, overall, we found it looked tired, outdated and rather scruffy. Our bedroom had clearly been dusted and hoovered, and the bed itself was comfortable, but the furniture was very old and the room generally felt like it needed some investment. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, with black mould around the edges of the shower. The bedroom...
