"The staff in this hotel are fantastic, stayed many times, but did notice this time the staff were a little under pressure working flat out, but the staff all happy as usual maybe in busy times more staff should be employed. Still a great hotel with so much history and very reasonable rates"

"The staff were amazing, facilities outstanding, well worth upgrading to all inclusive, entertainment great along with the bingo, food was so delicious at both breakfast and dinner, just wish we were staying an extra night so we could try another nights menu. "Location and facilities were excellent. This was our second visit to the property. There are areas which are tired and a little shabby, there are also areas that could be cleaner. Overall, these minor things wouldn’t deter us from re-visiting in future."

"The hotel was very beautiful old building. The apartment was spatious, bathrooms were very nice, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the temperature in the room was too high. Windows couldn't be kept open because of the terrible smell from the cows next to the hotel!"
