Guest access
There is a smart lockbox where you can punch your personal code provided 1 day before check-in. Additional backup entry options are available in case of an issue.
You have access to the whole property minus the garage and the secondary suite in the back.

Other things to note
1- We have a secondary suite in the back of the house with long-term tenants. There are no shared areas outside the driveway and their back entrance
2- The properties in the area are not fenced. This means that the river is fully accessible and not protected. If you have younger kids, make sure they are supervised at all times
