”Everything was as listed. I spent very little time there and didn’t cook any meals, so can’t comment on the kitchen. Greatly appreciated the air conditioner units as it was super hot and humid during my visit (mid-July). ”

”The house is very conveniently located to many restaurants and other convenience.We stayed for 3 weeks as a family of 5 and the house never really felt "too small" despite being snowed in for a few days. We visited for most of January during Heavy snow! Price Chopper, the closest grocery, is surprisingly well stocked with name brand items at, as the name suggests, good prices. It was our favorite nearby location for groceries, but we Also went to Healthy Living quite often as it's where there is...

”Charming guest suite in an excellent location to enjoy downtown Burlington. Quiet, peaceful, a very comfortable king sized bed, and having a walk in closet to use was a bonus. The deck off the bedroom is lovely and private. The owner’s offered for us to enjoy the large deck off the back of the house to relax and take in the views of lake Champlain which we did prior to heading out for dinner. I highly recommend staying here. ”

”We absolutely loved the camp. The lakeview is better than the pictures! Hearing the waves lap against the shore throughout the night was so relaxing. We loved all the water sports. ”Beautiful property! House and view stunning. We really enjoyed having the pool AND the lake. One note about cleanliness. The house could use a deep clean. Pool sides! Weeds. Oven. Grill. Hood vent all need scrubbed of debris and grease. Walls in general need wiped down. Some deep clean in master shower for mildew and mold. Nothing too egregious. But at this price point itNeeds more than change of sheets and a wipe down of kitchen and bath. ”

”We loved the location. It was so nice to be right on the beach and it is your own private beach. As a bonus there was a nice bucket of beach toys the kids really loved. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking supplies one would need. There are puzzles and games, mega blocks for little kids. The home is on a private road but if walking/running or bike riding you can easily access the bike path in Colchester. The house is definitely rustic, but we got that from the photos and expected it...

Ski out when Timberline lifts open, otherwise right next to the mountain, secluded away from crowds of the resort so best of both worlds.
