Täydellinen asetus Coloradon vuoristossa, jossa on koti, jossa on 7 makuuhuonetta (3 Kings Suites) ja 5. 5 Bath ja nukkuu 16-24. Myös kaksi erillistä oleskelutilaa ja kaunis takakannen alue, jossa on poreallas.

Tämä kaunis koti takaa metsäisen alueen ja näkymät vuorille, mutta hyvin lähellä kaupunkia ja ilmainen kuljetus. Nauti vuoristokokemuksesta, kun istut suuressa yksityisessä porealtaassasi, josta on upeat näkymät takana, tai hypätä ilmaiseen kuljetuspalveluun ja olla keskustassa tai lomakohteessa muutamassa minuutissa. Tämä kaunis vuoristokoti on vain muutaman minuutin päässä maailmanluokan laskettelusta, hiihtämisestä, moottorikelkkailusta sekä Fraser-letku kukkuloista. Kesäaktiviteetit tarjoavat vaellusta, maastopyöräilyä, koskenlaskua, golfia, kalastusta, veneilyä sekä aktiviteetteja Winter Parkin hiihtokeskuksen pohjalla.

Kotimme on 7 makuuhuonetta, 5. 5 kylpyhuonetta ja nukkuu jopa 24 mukavasti! Meillä on 3 king-sviittiä, joista jokaisella on 50-tuumainen televisio. Päätasolla on 2 king-huonetta, joista toisessa on oma kylpyhuone ja puoli kylpyamme. Ylempi taso tarjoaa vielä kaksi king-sviittiä, toinen king-makuuhuone, kerrossänky, jossa on 2 täyttä koko kerrossänkyä, vuodesohva perhehuoneessa ja ylimääräinen kylpyamme. Alemman tason tarjouksemme on makuuhuone, jossa on 2 queen-size-vuodetta ja kylpyamme.
Huomaa, että meillä on enintään 24 henkilöä. Jos kotona oleskelevia vieraita on enemmän, maksetaan 1500 dollaria.

Keittiö on täysin varusteltu kaikilla laitteilla, astioilla ja mukavuuksilla, joita tarvitset ruoanlaittoon suuria aterioita ryhmällesi. On myös runsaasti ruokia ja ruokailuvälineitä kahdelle aterialle, joten yksi sarja voi olla astianpesukoneessa, kun sinulla on tarpeeksi seuraavaa ateriaa. Olemme sisällyttäneet laadukkaita kattiloita ja pannuja sekä muita pieniä laitteita, joita ei tavallisesti ole saatavilla vuokra-asunnossa. Suuren aterian luominen kuin kiitosateria kaikille kiinnikkeille ei ole ongelma kotimme!

Viihde: Kotona on kaikki haluamasi viihdepalvelut. Molemmissa oleskelutiloissa on teräväpiirtotelevisio, jossa on HD-satelliitti-tv. Lisäksi meillä on Nintendo Wii -viihdejärjestelmä, jonka avulla voit nauttia Xbox 360: sta. Meillä on myös pieni kokoelma pelejä. Talossa on myös lautapelejä, joilla voit nauttia perheen yöstä hauskaa.

Nopea internetyhteys WiFi-yhteydellä on tietenkin pakollinen!

Meillä on suuri ulkokylpytynnyri, joka on takana talon takana ja jossa on suuri yksityisyyden tunne, aivan hyvin lähellä takaovea.

We had a good stay at the Winter Park House. It was large enough to accommodate our large family, with bedrooms large enough to offer each family some privacy. The hosts were very responsive, even sending someone out to fill the hot tub within an hour of being requested. The garage was large enough to fit a few cars, which was nice to keep them insulated from the weather conditions and the ski racks and benches a plus! The house has radiant heat, and is consistently as warm as you could want it.However, there were some aspects of our stay that were disappointing for us. To improve the stay, some suggestions we have are to provide multiple WARM blankets in each bedroom since we were unable to use the comforters; the garage door to the basement could barely be shut because its hinges were loose; fix the faucet handle and towel rack in the mud room half bath ( my husband reinstalled the fallen hand towel rack to keep it from falling off the wall); fix the refrigerator door milk compartments that kept wanting to fall off; fix and replace wheels on the dishwasher racks; replace the dirty/smelly couch in the living room that offered no support especially with a missing leg on one side ( the couches in the basement and on the second floor are great); deep cleaning definitely needed as the living room rug was filthy/worn, there was a thick layer of dust on every ceiling fan and the garage refrigerator was dirty sticky( It was s

We booked this home for a family gathering for my mom’s 50th birthday weekend. We wanted a place where her sisters and parents could stay and be us be all together. This home was more than accommodating. The kitchen, dining area and living room was our place to gather and spend time together as a family and had plenty of space and the bedrooms were very spacious. The house was secluded but near to the grocery stores in case you needed to grab something quickly. Would definitely book again. Thank you to the amazing hosts.

The Winter Park house was a perfect fit for our large family (13 adults, 2 kids, 1 infant) We do a vacation every summer, and always look for a large property, but this is the first time we have ever had MORE space than we needed! Typically we have to 'make it work' This property had 3 King Master suites, plus 2 additional rooms with King beds, a bunk room, and a fully finished basement area with 2 additional queen beds, and a living area. We only have 2 kids in our group, the rest are adults and/or couples, so the amount of space was exactly what we needed!! No one had to 'squish' together. We loved the Many balconies for private enjoyment, 3 family room type spaces for relaxing a huge garage that we spent a ton of time in playing games and socializing (to include ping pong!!) Everyone was able to spend their time exactly how they wanted to! The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes, more than we could have ever needed! We found a big stack of beach towels that came in handy for the hot tub, and our day at Grand Lake. The host checked in with us multiple times to make sure we didn't need anything, and kept in great communication on our departure day. There is literally not a single complaint from anyone in our group. We hope to return to this property in the future.

The house is big and comfy, plenty on beds and baths, but still very quiet once you are in the BRs. Gathering areas accommodate a large crowd. Kitchen is a bit dated but functional. Overall a great experience.

We had a very wonderful stay at the Winter Park Mountain Home! We brought the two sides of our families together for a New Years vacation to Colorado (one fam from Michigan, the other from New York). We cooked meals everyday in the stocked kitchen, played lots of games, enjoyed the hot tub, and surrounding winter activities. The kids LOVED the bunk room, especially that they could watch a movie in there without the adults trying to change the channel ;) Couldn’t have asked for more from the house and location!

We stayed in the off season (August) with a multi-family group or friends. We really appreciated the large number of ensuite bedrooms and multiple gathering rooms. We made good use of the deck. The location is great for short drives to hiking and other activities, though the immediate neighborhood is not directly connected to most of the neary trail system, making a short drive to trailheads a necessity. The hosts provided excellent communication throughout.

We had 16 family members for a reunion and there was plenty of room in this beautiful mountain home. Check in was easy and the house is as depicted in the listing. The weather was perfect all week. We had to contact the management company once for a clogged drain and it was resolved quickly by the maintenance guy. Only have two suggestions. The first is have linens available for the fold out couch and maybe an umbrella for the back patio table. Would recommend this home.

We had our children and their children for a total of 21! We enjoyed having 2 sets if washer& dryers. And the second refrigerator. Place was advertised as having XBox and WWii so we didn’t bring ours and the kids were really disappointed when the X Box didn’t work and there was not a Wii!! Could use a few minor handyman jobs. But all in all we were pretty satisfied.

Beautiful area and location. Very peaceful and relaxing. House had ample room to house our family of 18 with everything we needed. There was ample on property parking. Some small maintenance repairs need to be done but did not affect our stay. We were fortunate to have a moose and her baby spend time on the property. A wonderful experience.

The positives: Big enough to accommodate 15 of us. Beds were comfortable. The negatives: Owners not accommodating at all upon booking and/or regarding policies. Communication is lacking/unclear. House smelled of cigarette smoke. The house is dirty, surfaced cleaned at best. Ceiling fans, inside drawers, window tracks look as though they're never cleaned, they’re covered in dust, dirt and grime. The freezer drawers were disgusting. We didn't even want to unpack our things to set them down anywhere. The stairwell that leads up from the basement into the laundry room looks like it has never been cleaned and smelled of vomit. The door in the laundry room that leads to the back patio is an interior door lock which is a huge safety issue. The kids were able to easily get into the house via that locked door by simply using a fingernail to turn the lock from the outside. Maintenance issues such as loose doorknobs, unsecured faucets, cracked drywall, dirty painted walls do not leave the impression that the house is well cared for. And for the 5-star price they're asking us to pay a night, these things should be 5-star quality. The location was great, the town was beautiful. We’d love to go back, but with these owners owning as many properties as stated, I’m not sure we’d want to book another house at their prices, for the quality that we got. Had to edit this down to 1500 characters, would've loved to elaborate more so next guests know what they're getting vs what they're paying for.

The house was as described. The en-suite bathrooms were a real plus and everyone had plenty of space/privacy. The house was well stocked and well maintained. We had no issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
