Beautiful views all around, easy and quick access to everything this area has to offer. The bedroom setup was perfect for our group of 3 adult couples and 8 kids ranging from 13 to 1. Perfect place and setup if you're planning on hitting up the slopes or just enjoying everything else this area has to offer. Host was very responsive. Check in/out couldn't have been easier.

Great home for big groups

The home has everything needed for a large group in town for a long ski weekend. The location is great and very quiet. The home is in good condition and the kitchen is functional.

Timber Ridge Lodge was a perfect place for our annual ski trip! Lots of space for everyone to feel comfortable and amazing views from the living room. Great spot for those looking to ski Winter Park and the boot heaters in the garage was a bonus! Will be staying at another one of their locations next year!

Vacation Getaway

Fantastic Place

I rented this home for our whole family to stay at - 6 adults and 4 kids (7 to 13). This was a fantastic place for a family - very large, close to everything we wanted to see, and had everything needed for a 4 nite stay. Needless to say, our kids and grandkids couldn't have been happier with the accommodations plus the hot tub.

Wonderful Stay in Winter Park!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home in Winter Park, Co! The house is gorgeous and had everything we needed! We had a couple of minor issues while there, and the company sent someone out immediately to address the problem and it was solved. They answered all our questions and were very responsive to all of our needs. We would definitely use this company again for future stays in CO!

Look no further! Dream House!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property - STUNNING views, a gorgeous and spacious home, in a great location! We stayed for 4 days and it wasn’t long enough. We had three couples and 5 kids (age 1-6) and the layout of the home was great for our crew. Lots of great “together” space and privacy when needed. The bunk rooms are adorable, and all through the home the decor was comfortable and mountain-esq. We all enjoyed the hot tub and all amenities were what we needed. It was great having garage spaces since it snowed for one day of our trip. The home is private without being secluded, which was nice for us. Ugh, we hated to leave and I can’t wait to go back!

Highly recommend for family/friend gathering!

We chose this property based on convenience to the WinterPark Ski resort. The house is beautiful and more than accommodated 8 adults and three young children. Two sets of washer/dryers was much needed. Everything about this property exceeded what we were expecting based on the previews. Our host sent messages during the week to ensure we did not need anything or asked if we had any questions. Plow service for the driveway came early and the guy who shoveled the walkway area did a great job. Should we do another WinterPark family get together, without a doubt we would stay here again!

Two minor problems- we couldn't get the front door code to work, but easily came through the garage. We didn't call because it was not an inconvenience. There were two coffee makers, but the Krueger unit didn't have a pot for the option of making more than one cup. The kitchen was very convenient for our large crew. The view was excellent. We were very pleased with the accommodations.

Winter Park short Vacation June 2022

Beautiful views and Great location, just a few minutes from downtown. Glad we had the pool table to keep all the boys and myself busy. A very spacious house with plenty of room for a large family or multiple familes. Now for the not so good, throw the large rug in the sitting room upstairs away, it got our socks and feet filthy. The 2nd morning the daughter ask what was yellow all over the top of her clothes, when we got home that afternoon one of the boys went to take a shower and found all the mice droppings all over the wash rag he had used that morning, at this point we knew what was all over the daughter's clothes since her suitcase was sitting on the floor downstairs. The boys had mentioned a mouse trap in their room but didn't think much about it until after looking in the utility room and seeing several mouse traps set. When we were cleaning up and ready to leave we started noticing this house has not had a good cleaning in some time and had alot of traffic through the house. The house is a very nice house and needs to be throughly cleaned and demiced before renting it out again. We did not call and complain but did leave several notes for the cleaning company, on the way home I did receive a call from the Rental Company to check and see how our stay was. The lady was very surprised to hear about the mice problem and filthy rug.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Timber Ridge Lodge. It was a great fit for our 6 adults and 7 grandkids. We had a few issues but nothing that merited a service call. We were a bit surprised that in a house that size and price range there was no air conditioning. It's probably common in Colorado, but we were unprepared. If downstairs bedrooms had ceiling fans, it would make them more comfortable. We finally opened windows (if rooms had those type of windows) to help cool off the rooms at night. But they got warm in the daytime. The kids bunk room near the hot tub has no window covering. It appears it was broken and was stored in a closet. A couple windows would not lock and the sliding door in the master bedroom also would not lock. A window knob in the upstairs living room did not work. Water pressure in kitchen and master bedroom was very low. Also, hot water took forever and often did not get hot at all. Body jets did not work in master shower. Upstairs washing machine - door did not close, so it was not functional. It was a nice house, but needs some TLC.

We had a group of 13 and had a wonderful stay. We felt that it was the best home that we had ever rented. We liked the layout of the house -- one bedroom on the main level and all others below. This worked very well with multiple families (with children) staying together. The large windows gave wonderful views and much light throughout the house. The house sits high on a hill and overlooks Winter Park. You don't feel crowded by neighbors. There is a sense of privacy here. There were two sets of washers / dryers -- one on the main level and one below. This was very convenient. There are many closets and storage spaces. And the spacious two-car garage was also very nice. We had a third vehicle (Suburban) that we parked in the driveway as well. I believe that 2 more vehicles would have also fit if needed. If we were to ever purchase a home in Winter Park, I would want it to be a home like this one. Whoever built this home planned it well.

Perfect Place!

We used this property to house our bridal party on the weekend of our wedding. WE LOVED IT!! There was plenty of space to hang out and relax, the kitchen was big enough to serve all of the meals. We had 16 people staying there and everyone was comfortable. We did have to do laundry often to make sure we had enough towels for all the showers. The trundle beds weren't the most comfortable, but they got the job done. Winter Park Lodging company was so responsive and checked in throughout the weekend to make sure everything was going smoothly. The hot tub and the pool table were loved! We used the master bedroom to do hair and makeup on the morning of the wedding, it was well lit and perfect. There was even more than enough parking for everyone who stayed with us. It was the perfect homebase for our big weekend.
