    Disclosures
    This property allows up to 2 dogs only for an additional fee of $49 nightly. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non compliance. The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit includes 1 assigned parking space, and 1 additional parking space available on a first come first serve basis. STR license # 008164.

Beautiful condo and great location

We loved how clean and beautiful this condo was. It had all the basic essentials we needed for the 4 days we were there. The location, downtown was perfect around all the restaurants and bars and not to far from Winter Parl Resort. The bedrooms spacious along with large closets. The management company was very quick to respond to any concerns. The two things we felt could be improved was the quality of the sheets to 100 percent cotton and softer pillows or a mix of soft full pillows. Look forward to staying there again in the future.

Perfect Location, Beautifully Decorated, Spacious Interior

We had a great time at the Hideaway Station. The location is great, we walked to dinner every night, took public trans to the mountain every morning, and never had to get inside of our car for anything. The interior of the unit is beautifully decorated and extremely spacious. The entire place is well kept and we would absolutely come back!

Home away from home

We loved this property! It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a family of 5 with three adult children. Ample parking, dog friendly and within walking distance to coffee shops, grocery and restaurants. Timely responses from management when we had questions. Would definitely stay again!

Love this condo!

This is our second stay at this condo. The first time was during COVID. The property is just as beautiful and convenient as our first stay. The hot tub was open during this stay - such an added bonus. Highly recommend the property.

Wonderful Property

This property was exactly as described. We enjoyed the close location to the resort, the Fraser hiking trail, and quick drive to town for dining options. The house itself was clean, the beds comfortable, and a host of kitchen appliances and utensils that made it easy to cook for our family. Thank you for letting us enjoy your property!

Highly recommend

Had an awesome time at Winter Park. The Condo we stayed in at the Loft 101 was amazing and very clean. hot tub was also a plus. Our condo was right by all the restaurants and attractions which made it really nice. It's also right by a shuttle bus pickup to take you straight to Winter Park ski resort. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend this place.

Enjoyed a great 12 night stay in this fabulous property

We had high expectations of this property and it didn’t disappoint, the apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need and so tastefully decorated …100% as it appears in the photographs. The outside jacuzzi is a highlight, one of the best we’ve experienced. A win of a winter holiday for our family.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hideaway Station in Winter Park - this condo was perfect! It was well equipped with everything that we needed and was within walking distance to the Fireside Market and liquor store! The Master bedroom and bathroom were nice - a large walk-in closet was great for storing our empty suitcases. The underground parking was an added bonus, especially since the weather was a bit chilly (sub-zero temps) and we were able to keep our ski equipment in our vehicle overnight. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely & Convenient Respite

This condo is so well decorated and maintained at the highest standard. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a slow cooker! The first morning, we noticed the coffee pot had a crack in the carafe so we notified Winter Park Escapes and they delivered a new one same day. It was nice to be able to bring our dog along on vacation as well. The hot tub was definitely a highlight and the bus stop was convenient as well.

Most relaxing vacay!!

Our luxury loft had every amenity; even the ones I didn't think of!!! We had the best vacation to date and we have been on a lot of vacations across the world! Everything was in walking distance and the evenings by the fireplace were priceless. Morning walks started on the trails right out the front door that led by a beautiful river and a backdrop of snow capped mountains. We will be back for sure!!!

Very nice place

My husband and I stayed here. We were told it would be accessible for him as he is in a wheelchair. It worked out great! He was able to get around well and we really enjoyed the space as we also had two large dogs with us. There were some areas of the space that weren’t as clean as I thought they should be but I did a little extra cleaning myself. I would definitely come back!

Hideaway Station #101

Lovely, spacious rental that was impeccably clean. Well-stocked with both necessities and thoughtful items to make stay more comfortable. Management pushed back a little when we requested box fans (advertised as in the unit but not); maintenance ultimately delivered same day. Although it was winter, the box fans were necessary to drown out noise from hallways, doors, overhead neighbors. Sound machine provided in main bedroom was not enough. Unit is beautiful but building is a bit loud. Would absolutely return to a top floor unit managed by same company.

Had a great time. Only comments would be that the digital lock is a little tricky to get used to. It doesnt always respond to your touch and you can look and feel a little foolish taping away on the sensor. Also, was there a garbage chute? Didnt see any signs for it and didnt see anything in the paper work about it. We took the garbage down to the garage and almost got trapped when the door started closing on us...it was sketchy!

Two Great Weeks of Remote Working

My wife and I spent two enjoyable weeks in this new and airy condo working remotely. Our first words when we walked in were, “Wow, score!” The place is spotless, bright, nicely-decorated and large enough to allow two people to take their separate work calls in peace and quiet. The beds and couches are extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. It’s a corner unit on the first floor which has benefits and drawbacks. The benefits are easy loading and unloading and quick exits for dog walks. The drawbacks are the noise and the exterior lights. The noise comes from the building’s front door (adjacent to the primary bedroom) and side door (adjacent to the secondary bedroom). Proximity to food and services is great - the market is right across the street and restaurants are within a short walk. Winter Park is booming, and this condo is a great base to take advantage of it all.

Great Condo in Winter Park

We loved our stay at this condo for Spring break. It appears to be new and everything was immaculately clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The internet/wifi worked great so no issues streaming shows and movies on the TVs in the condo. Comfortable couch in the living room with a nice and very warm fireplace. Never had any issues with warm/hot water. Short walk to restaurants, gas station and a grocery store. The only “negative” was dealing with the lock system to get into building and then into the condo. There are two entrances into the building. One is a side entrance at the top of some stairs. The lock device on that door doesn’t work well (as we discovered on arrival). The lock on the other “main” entrance works much better and so did the lock on the condo unit but the style is a pain. It was a pain but the condo is so great that it’s worth it. I also would have preferred more towels but it wasn’t a big deal. We will definitely stay here again.

Luxury comfort and location!

Wow we are beyond pleased with our stay! The stunning decor was the first sign of how wonderful this property was for us! The primary bedroom is huge! The photos really don’t do it justice. Hooks and benches everywhere for your things from the entrance into the bedrooms then in the bathroom as well! The bathroom is huge w 2 sinks, walk in shower & lots of room to share space with. The gigantic walk in closet with 2 luggage racks! Hangers galore and an extra giant fan for the room or condo. The bed is incredibly comfortable full of new comfortable pillows! Everything is in pristine condition as you can’t see anywhere in tear on anything. The furniture selection is our aesthetic and really felt like Home. One thing that is not shown is the desk in the corner of the master which made for our work from home day so easy! In the drawers, you’ll find cords and anything you might need for your stay to charge your devices. The kitchen is stocked! With all the condiments and kitchen utensils and appliances you may need! My favorite was the Le Creuset pans that made cooking feel like I was at home! There is no air conditioning which is common in most mountain properties. Kind of surprise given the luxurious new construction that this is, since there is no ac, the 2nd bedroom does get a lot of street noise when the windows are open at night. It is on the first floor and the garage parking spot is a handicap spot. The main thing we hated was the code system to enter bldg & garage.
