  • Se ei parane paljon paremmin kuin Lakota Reserve, kaunis kuuden makuuhuoneen, kuuden kylpyhuoneen räätälöity koti, josta on vertaansa vailla näkymät Winter Park Resortiin. Nauti 4500+ neliöjalkaa modernista vuoristoarkkitehtuurista, joka sekoittaa huippuluokan mukavuudet klassiseen vuoristo sisustukseen. Vain muutamiin myymälän herkkuihin kuuluu kaksi tilavaa oleskelutilaa, biljardipöytä / pingispöytä, kaksi keittiötä, oma kylpytynnyri ja taulutelevisio kaikissa makuuhuoneissa. Amazing Mountain Get Away Home

We had such an amazing stay in the Lakota Reserve. We had a party of 12 and everyone had plenty of space and comfortably enjoyed our long weekend stay. The home was immaculate, with amazing mountain views. It had such a cozy “get away” atmosphere that allowed us to relax and just enjoy our time together. The home is close to the Winter Park's ski/mountain biking parking lots creating easy access to your mountain adventures. We would most definitely book with Winter Park Lodging Company again and would recommend them to anyone wanting a hassle free mountain vacation.

Awesome location with an unbeatable view of the mountain. Shuttle picks up right behind the house every 20 minutes so getting to the lifts is very convenient. Place was spacious, beautiful, and well stocked. Hosts responded to questions immediately and offered great tips. Couldn’t recommend this place more for a ski weekend!

Perfect Vacation!

This home was perfect for our 11 person group! The kitchen was amazing for cooking all of our meals. The home was just right for us to relax, play pool and go skiing right down the road. It was just a sort drive to shop and enjoy cutting our Christmas tree in the Arapaho National Forest. We highly recommend staying at Lakota Reserve.

Beautiful home in a wonderful location. Plenty of space for our extended family. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and our course view is spectacular. Would stay here again.

Fantastic home! Very spacious and accommodating. Host was very quick to respond with all questions and concerns. Great location with a bus stop to Winter Park Ski slopes just minutes away. Mountain Bike Trip

This property exceeded all expectations. Very clean and well maintained. Amazing views of the mountain and located very close to the slopes. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Plenty of space for multiple families to enjoy this property.

Absolutely amazing property !

This house is exceptional. We had eleven adults and one infant, and it was perfect. King, Queen, and bunk beds. Lots of amenities, everything was well stocked. The beds were comfy and the decor beautiful. And much, much more!

Amazing property

We have stayed at a Winter Park Lodging property for several years now and have always enjoyed their great service. We absolutely loved this property, with amazing views of the slopes, plenty of space, and all the amenities we would need. Thank you for sharing your home with us for a week. Highly Recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Lakota Reserve. The staff was readily available whether by text or phone. The views from the house of winter park mountain were majestic. We had everything we needed to prepare and make meals. Tons of space in this house.

Fantastic Home - Perfect for a large family

The house was just perfect. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size. Comfortable and roomy! There was plenty of space for all of us to relax after skiing in the living/family rooms. It was a huge bonus to have the downstairs family/pool room! Winter Park Lodging was also fantastic. Their response time for any questions was excellent. Their communication during our stay was respectful and helpful. I can’t wait to return to Winter Park and would 100% stay at Lakota Reserve! It is a fabulous home!

Amazing Property

The property is in immaculate shape. We had 12 people staying there for my daughters wedding at Headwaters. Condo was perfect location to the skiing and to Safeway and Headwaters. Hot tub was a big hit. Ample dishes, silverware,glasses so we did not have to keep washing things to eat our next meal. Appliance were top of the line!! The view from the living room of the mountain was breathtaking! Jill your team was the best. All property managers are not created equal. You guys are the tops!! Wonderful experience

Excellent

Our extended family spent a week at Lakota Reserve in July. We had 17 family members, ranging in age from 1 to 69. This was our second stay at the house, and once again it was the perfect lodging for our clan. The home's location, floor plan and, furnishings were just what we needed. The big fully stocked kitchen made meals a fun group affair. We enjoyed all the amenities including the pool table, ping pong table, hot tub, puzzles and games. The management company was very helpful during the trip planning stages and responsive to our questions and needs. We hope to gather again in Winter Park in the future, and will definitely start our plans by contacting the Winter Park Lodging Company.

Comfy 5-Star Retreat

Lakota Reserve was the perfect retreat after a long day of hiking for our friend group of 8. Perfect number of beds/baths for our group size and a fully stocked kitchen with a much-appreciated bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The home was spotless, and the fireplace and furnishings were all super cozy. In fact, our group had such good sleep at Lakota Reserve that we reached out to WPLC to find out the mattress and pillow brands! Speaking of - we were beyond impressed with the excellent service, attention to detail, and kind staff at Winter Park Lodging Company. WPLC helped us find the perfect home for our trip and checked in on us to make sure we made it to the home safely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All-in-all Lakota Reserve was an absolute gem, and we will be booking with Winter Park Lodging exclusively next time we find ourselves in the area!

Beautiful properties and incredible service

This company provides service that goes beyond your expectations. They make sure you have everything you need for your vacation and are happy to help! The ability to text rather than call makes it so much easier to contact them with any issues and they always take care of any concerns immediately. We will always book our vacations to Winter Park with them from now on. The house was beautiful and fully equipped to host our family of 17. There were plenty of dishes, silverware and towels. So many times you get somewhere that holds 17 but the supplies are really only enough for 10. This place was stocked and ready to go for our large family!

Terrific Home

Lakota Reserve fit our group perfectly. From the well stocked kitchen (2 crockpots, multiple pots and pans of various sizes, outdoor grill, spacious food prep areas and a big dining table) to the comfortable bedrooms (most ensuite), a hot tub, pool table/pingpong we were set. Our family of all ages had quiet spaces and gathering areas. The base of Winter Park Resort is within walking distance (3/4 mile downhill - keep in mind you have to walk back UP!). The towns of Winter Park and Frasier are minutes away by car. We hiked, biked, and explored the area with our kids and grandkids. Winter Park Management went above and beyond and kept us informed of mtc on the hot tub and even brought ice knowing the ice maker was inop. Many thanks for making us feel welcome! Can’t wait to return!

Perfect for a Group

My 16-person extended family had an amazing time at Lakota Reserve! Notable things included the perfect wifi and cell service, massive hot tub, kid toys/books/dishes (so welcome and unexpected), ample dishes/silverware/glasses, ample dinnertime seating, and 2 indoor hangout spots. Only one bedroom does not have an attached bathroom. All the en suite rooms feel like they could be the Master suite, so don't fret if you don't get the "best" room--they are all excellent. I can't find one thing to complain about with Lakota Reserve. If you are considering outdoor play, there's not much of a yard (don't count on playing Bocce or Frisbee), so keep that in mind.

Thanksgiving 2024

The house is large with great views. We enjoyed staying there for the second time. However, the little things are not well managed. The house is not very clean, the towels are really low quality, the fire places don't work, light bulbs not working, pots and pans are not great, etc. The house really needs shades in the great room. The sun is so bright midday you can't even be in that room. In short, the house needs better up keep. With the rental rate, I would expect the seconds to be in better order. It would be a great house with a little renovation and better maintenance.

Rocky Mountain Reunion for Spreading Ashes

Beautiful home in a soon to be idyllic setting. I would have said the property was excellent, however right now construction noise is a major factor all day long during the week. It woke up most of the family as early as 6:30 some mornings. We were there for the spreading of our deceased parents ashes, and therefore only there during the week and thankfully gone during the day. The check in was the easiest I have ever had, and check out was easy also.As I stated earlier, the home was gorgeous and well maintained. It was very, very clean which made me feel very comfortable. I know the property managers have no control over the construction, however I think it is important if you want a quiet, peaceful mountain setting this summer, this is not the one. The price should be discounted.

Family Reunion Perfection!

This property offered everything we needed! Five families were able to all stay together in this one location. Each bedroom had its own bathroom plus there was an extra guest bath on the main level, which was really nice. The downstairs game area was a great place to catchup over a game of pool or ping pong. The kiddos loved the bunk room. The rooms (and house location) were quiet and comfortable. The location was great for walking the pup every day as well. And let's not forget the breakfasts and dinners out on the patio with the great views!! This location is close to the Winter Park Resort. I highly recommend going on the Gondola when it is free (there is a happy hour on the top of the mountain with great views, drinks, and live music). Every morning, a group of us ran the Fraser River Trail from Winter Park to Fraser and back. It was peaceful, level and soft. Both Winter Park and Fraser offer plenty of small shops and restaurants to enjoy. We also stocked up on groceries to have our own breakfast and dinner at the home's spacious kitchen. Highly recommend!

A few suggestions for the house:

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful house and would book it again. The view is outstanding, the kitchen worked so well when preparing food and serving food from the countertop. I heard the beds were all comfortable, kids did enjoy the bunk room. I heard no criticism from our group about anything in the house. Great design. For some improvements, we would suggest: A better dish washer, the one there does not dry the dishes and we had to towel dry several dishes and glassware - two dishwashers would be great for large groups like ours. One window on the wall in the dining room would not fully close. (Window closest to the porch) The grill needs to be cleaned. We only used it twice and had a serious grease fire one evening A special place inside for recycling would be helpful - maybe in the laundry room. We really enjoyed our week and the gift basket was a welcome surprise when we arrived. Thank you!
