Upon entry, you'll feel at home with the open floor plan, large windows, natural light, and gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to execute a complex meal. It has a gas range, stainless steel appliances, and radiant floor heating so your feet won't ever be cold. The living room has a large flat screen TV, gas fireplace and comfortable leather couches to sink into after a long day. The dining table seats six. Out on the deck, you'll find a natural gas grill and great forest and mountain views to keep you engaged outside. In the hall to the one car garage, you'll find ample space for storing jackets and ski boots as well as a powder room.
Upstairs is the primary suite. It has a king bed, large walk-in closet, TV, and five piece en-suite bathroom complete with jetted tub. On the lowest level, you'll find an in-unit washer/dryer, full hall bath, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed with 40" TV. The other has a full over full bunkbed, TV, and outdoor access to the hot tub. There is also a twin trundle under the bunk and portable twin mattress found in the closet.
This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.
Winter Park Resort is just 1.2 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 3.7 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.1 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.
