Rustic meets contemporary in this gorgeous Townhome w/ private hot tub

Welcome to the perfect getaway in this 3 Bed/2.5 Bath beautiful townhome full of luxury amenities.

Upon entry, you'll feel at home with the open floor plan, large windows, natural light, and gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to execute a complex meal. It has a gas range, stainless steel appliances, and radiant floor heating so your feet won't ever be cold. The living room has a large flat screen TV, gas fireplace and comfortable leather couches to sink into after a long day. The dining table seats six. Out on the deck, you'll find a natural gas grill and great forest and mountain views to keep you engaged outside. In the hall to the one car garage, you'll find ample space for storing jackets and ski boots as well as a powder room.

Upstairs is the primary suite. It has a king bed, large walk-in closet, TV, and five piece en-suite bathroom complete with jetted tub. On the lowest level, you'll find an in-unit washer/dryer, full hall bath, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed with 40" TV. The other has a full over full bunkbed, TV, and outdoor access to the hot tub. There is also a twin trundle under the bunk and portable twin mattress found in the closet.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Winter Park Resort is just 1.2 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 3.7 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.1 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed

Very nice place! Everything is well put together. Light switches are all labeled which I find super helpful. As long as you don't mind climbing stairs, the master suite is on the top floor away from other bedrooms. It can be a good little escape. Great kitchen, pots & pans, etc. Great views of Winter Park resort. 10/10 would stay here again

Really enjoyed the layout of this townhome. I also appreciated how close it was to the slopes. I would ask that you please give attention to the squeaky bed frame in the upstairs master bedroom. I know it sounds petty, but unfortunately it affected our sleep for all three nights. Other than that minor frustration, I would highly recommend this townhome. BTW the squeak is on the RH side of the bed when lying on it. One last comment. My wife and adult kids loved the hot tub.

Great Getaway

We had an adults only group this time but the house would be great for families too. (Had a pack & play and high chair in the closets)Hosts were very responsive, even when I didn’t expect a reply until the next day - they were on it! We asked about checking in early and they were flexible. They kept us up to date once the property was cleaned, so we could unload after a long day of driving. Overall good space, easy access to the slopes via bus. This is our second year staying on the Lakota loop and we’ll definitely be back!

Perfection

This was one of the beet VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in. Every detail was covered from the perfect location - you can see Winter Park slopes out of the windows in the kitchen and living area, to the warmth of the heated floors. The beds are comfortable, living rooms comfortable, and the layout was perfect. The host was very responsive and helpful. It was an easy check-in and out process.

Great Place in a great location.

Very happy with this rental and its management. Listing is very accurate, the property is well kept, and the kitchen is stocked with actual cooking hardware versus pots and pans that have been so warped, they may as well be woks and are useless on electric stoves. This unit has a gas range, well kept pots and pans and utensils. Just a quick walk to the bus stop and with it being the last stop, you are right at the slopes in no time. The hot tub is also well kept and nice and hot. If and when I go back to Winter Park, I will look for this unit again.

Fantastic condo

We had a wonderful stay at this great condo. Everything was as described and even better. Very cozy and roomy. Loved the hottub on the downstairs deck. Great view of the slopes. Very convenient shuttle service to the slopes. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect getaway for family

We were very pleased with the house during our stay in Winter Park. It snowed quite a bit and temps dropped down into the negatives so having a garage to park in was a great feature and the house stayed nice and warm during our time there. It was a quick 2 minute drive to the Winter Park resort to ski and only 5-10 minutes to shopping and restaurants. The two bedrooms with full bath downstairs was great for our teenagers and still had plenty of room to add a few more people thanks to the bunk bed set up. Upstairs master suite had a very comfy King size bed, walk in closet and large bathroom. Our only complaint was how cold the tile in the bathroom was but there was a plug in heater in the closet we used to help warm it up. I'm sure it is not typically that cold but since it's over the garage and was frigid temps while we were there made it colder than usual I would assume. The bathrooms and kitchen all had plenty of soap and shampoo so didn't have to worry about bringing our own. There were a couple of sleds in the garage so again no need to bring or buy. Also plenty of storage areas in the entryway to remove boots, gloves, jackets etc to keep snow from being tracked inside. Plenty of seating in the living room and dining area for a nice sized group as well. Would love to come back and next time will most likely bring some extended family to stay as well since there was plenty of room.
