Nice location for the hotel, very slow check in and check out. Beds too soft. Wonder if the hotel was understaffed?

Great location. Was billed for the room twice first even though I asked does the first payment show. But since I had a receipt, the second payment was returned, so no issue. Could have given me an apology, but I guess its the german way not to. Otherwise ok and the Center of Trier is right ...

We didnt have in the room basic hygiene things like body cream or hair conditioner. For almost 500 euro 2 nights it could be much better.
