”This has to be the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. I asked for a non smoking room. That didnt happen. And there were no available rooms to switch to. There was cigarettes ash covering everything, bed sheets, toilet paper, everything. The floors were sticky. If you walked barefoot on the carpet, your feet will turn black from the filth. The whole place smelled like piss and cigarettes. There were earing left on the bed from the previous guest which means they didn't change the blood...

”I honestly do not know how this hotel is operating at the price point they are charging. I checked in during a sold-out weekend in Chicago and paid nearly the same price I later paid at a much nicer DoubleTree, which made this experience even more disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unsafe. The hallways, rooms, and overall condition of the property gave very little confidence in cleanliness or upkeep. I refused to sleep under the hotel sheets and...

The room air conditioning and heating was hit and miss, most of the time it was either a bit too chilly or toasty, but could be adjusted when it swung. The gym is a bit barebones with mostly running and crosstraining machines with some free weights, but just enough for a few days. Laundry room worked...
