”Check in was easy, clean property!”

”The bathroom was not cleaned prior to whoever used the room before because the toilet had hairs on it and the toilet paper roll was basically gone. Weird stains on the floor and door was chipped and there were several objects in room that had loose parts like falling apart. ”They charge Elite members $25 for early check-in. It was 1pm. They had the room but didn't want to offer it complimentary. Marriott Elite offerings have gone down over the years, so I started booking Hilton who has no problem offering me an early check-in. They do not offer daily housekeeping, so not sure where that money is going. The fitness room had 2 elliptical machines out of order. The rooms are dated. This is my last stay at Marriott. I am canceling the Canada hotel and booking Hilton....

”Breakfast was good; room was very clean. However, after getting ready for bed, and hoping to watch the large-screen TV, I discovered there was no remote control. I called the front desk; the sole person on duty was unable to bring me a remote, and I didn’t want to get redressed to go to the front desk. ”Breakfast was good and there were many options. The rooms were extremely clean. Right when we walked inside the hotel it smelled clean. Bathroom has everything you need and the beds are huge. I totally recommend.”

”We arrived at the hotel early and we were allowed to check in early which was very accommodating. We were initially in a ground floor room, but we requested to be in a higher room and they did oblige. The property was clean and the new decor was very beautiful. The staff was friendly and professional. Would recommend.”

”The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip!
