”Staff was great!”

”During my 4 day stay, we had no power due to unfortunate weather events, however we had no power for the entire 4 days we stayed.This was very unexpected. We had no way to charge any of our devices or use any of the amenities until the day we had to check out. We only had hot water starting on our first full day we stayed. The place really should have a generator in the events of these weather related incidents, we were constantly hot and unable to cool down or really enjoy anything other than a...

”Arrived to the hotel and it had zero power & zero hot water, granted a pretty nasty storm had hit the day before. AC ran great after the power came back on though. One of the bedside lamps didn’t work at all even when power came back. Guy at the front desk made me wait multiple times to finish his phone call before helping me out & I saw him do the same to others. Did the job for the price but won’t be back.”

”The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha.”

”Poorly managed staff and poorly trained. Took more than two hours to check in due to an employee mistake. Unable to talk to manager. Not help at desk during checkout. Pay for parking was muncher higher for this area and well above other close hotels of higher caliber.”

”did not like that I found hair in the shower, and there were not enough towels. I called the front desk to ask for more towels for my children, and they told me they would send them right away, but more than an hour passed and nothing arrived. I called again, and they told me I had to go pick them up at the front desk. I definitely will not return to this hotel. The rooms are cleaned every two days, one of the pillows did not have a pillowcase, and our experience was not good.”
