”booked a room for 2 days for $170 dollars... fkund out my girl had been cheating on me and she calls the front desk to try and get.me kicke out of my room after doing nothing wrong. He ended up kicking us both out and calling the cops after apologizing for her behavior/phone call to him... mknd you ive done nothing wrong didnt argue with her or anything. He had no compassion, empathy or care for a human being. also was only there for 3 hours the first day and would not refubd me fof the next day...

”Clean room, very friendly, caring and informative staff. Our stay was very short as we were there for an event with my son but it could not have been any better. Shuttle was very nice from the airport when we got there and after the event where uber had a surcharge of almost $100 to get back to the hotel we were able to use public transportation to get back to the airport to then take the shuttle back to the hotel. ”I didn't have an airport shuttle. I was a little difficult to distinguish between the two properties. Breakfast was inexpensive but realky should have come with the room expense. The bar and bartender were warm and welcoming. The restaurant at night looked closed and uninviting. All in all no complaints. ”

”Arrival instructions require guests to call the hotel to request the shuttle. I arrived at the airport at 1:30 AM, and called the hotel for a solid hour before anyone answered. I explained that I had been calling to request the shuttle for an hour….I received no apology, was told instead “We were very busy”. I’m retired now, only travel for enjoyment; but I spent many years traveling for business. Never in 30 years did I feel so dismissed and unappreciated as a customer. That woman working...

”The Hilton Hotel Oak Lawn, IL was beautiful. The customer service of staff was excellent. It was in an outstanding location for eating and shopping. We were there for funeral so we didn't do any pool or gym. The restaurant in lobby had a delicious buffet breakfast with everything on buffet.”

”While this is an old-style motel, the manager provided excellent service during my stay. Because the temperature was dropping below zero at night, the manager provided a space heater to ensure I wasn't cold. When heavier than expected snow fell, the manager called to offer to bring coffee to the room, and even to pick up takeout for me from one of the local restaurants.
