”The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha.”

”Absolutely wonderful. It is a beautiful older building but so well maintained and the decor is just lovely. I especially loved how the bathrooms and decor has likely been redone but still probably looks as it did 100 years ago or more - not all modernized or barn-style or whatever all the latest stuff is. The beige / light yellow trim and white tile bathrooms are SO nice. I'll definitely be back. Cassie the server in Poor Phil's restaurant downstairs was very sweet also. Thank you”

”Stayed for a concert at United Center. Perfect location and easy, safe walk to venue. Good variety for breakfast. Highly recommend!”

”My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all friendly and welcoming at reception and at breakfast at Water’s Edge. It would help if reception reminds guests that their room includes breakfast abalso gives direction as to where the pool, bar, and restaurant is located. There aren’t a lot of signs to help you navigate. The property is beautiful and has walking paths that we really enjoyed. There is also outdoor seating and a dome with seating if it’s chilly out. ”It was my 24th Anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to help me celebrate they decorated our room for me to help surprise my husband.”

”They charge Elite members $25 for early check-in. It was 1pm. They had the room but didn't want to offer it complimentary. Marriott Elite offerings have gone down over the years, so I started booking Hilton who has no problem offering me an early check-in. They do not offer daily housekeeping, so not sure where that money is going. The fitness room had 2 elliptical machines out of order. The rooms are dated. This is my last stay at Marriott. I am canceling the Canada hotel and booking Hilton....

”Breakfast was good; room was very clean. However, after getting ready for bed, and hoping to watch the large-screen TV, I discovered there was no remote control. I called the front desk; the sole person on duty was unable to bring me a remote, and I didn’t want to get redressed to go to the front desk.
