”We were pleasantly surprised by this property, and wished that our travel itinerary was such that we could have stayed more than just one night. Beth, the innkeeper, is personable and tends to every detail. The property is lovely and peaceful. Great dining options just a walk away, train to the city around the corner, and a lovely neighborhood to walk around and revel in the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright. Highly recommended inn. We shall reurn.”
”There for a nearby convention. Staff very accommodating. Walls proved to be a little thin first night with arguing next door. Next night was fine. Nice neighborhood adjacent to walk in. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. Room definitely dated and not the prettiest. ”
”At one point, Rainbow Motel.may have been down, but the new owners are worki g to turn the experience around. What you get: a clean room with TV and a comfortable bed and shower. But, youre also RIGHT across from arguably one of the BEST bakeries in the country (Weber's Bakery -fresh morning sonuts and pastries), around the corner from Chicago's most popular beef sandwich (Portillo's), within a 2 minute walk of several other restaurants as well as an Aldi, Walgreens and Ace Hardware. BUT......
”How to make sure there’s trashcan all level also if anybody smoke a cigarette outside the room, it goes in the van of the heaters and makes the room smell like cigarettes. They need a better way a better area to smoke people like I are very allergic.”
