”Loved the room and the bar and restaurant off the lobby. Did not like the fact that there was no coffee in the lobby.”

”Our stay was great. The staff members were so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. We had a great parking area right next to our door. The only complaints we had were the room gets really humid after showering. The floor would be very wet throughout the entire room. We had to prop the outside door open until it dried because otherwise it wouldn’t. Also in the room we stayed in, whenever the staff members enter/exit the check-in area, the door slams really loud and wakes you up. Other...

”Room smelled like smoke, faucets leak constantly, and front desk staff failed to inform us about signing up for the shuttle despite being told we needed a shuttle at 5 and if that would be an issue.”

”The only weird thing about my stay was the bathrooms pocket door -I wasn’t able to shut it completely or lock it”

”Door to my room 104 needs replacing as it has big gaps where you can see daylight on the sides. Had to put up with lot of noise from woman talking on cell phone as she walked back and forth in front of my door. I told the front desk clerk and she had the woman stop doing that until she began making the same disturbance the next morning.”

”There was no charging port in the room, the clock was not attached to anything and the cords were frayed. The room did not have a black out shade so my room was fully sun filled from 0515 till 2030. The hair dryer needs to be replaced. Room 320.”
