”Very welcoming and well thought out accommodation. Would definitely stay again ”

”Place was clean and a good location for Brighton pride parade, but a little far from the village. It has an unusual layout in that two people have to sleep in a separate room through a yard, if they want to go to the toilet/kitchen/lounge they have to pass through the yard and through someone’s bedroom to get to the toilet, it wasn’t a huge issue just unexpected. I’m a deep sleeper so took the room people passed through and slept ok.”

”The hotel was very cosy, and the room was spacy. They had excellent full English breakfast. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.”

”I was very pleased with the continental breakfast, which exceeded my expectations.”

”Very friendly service everywhere. Excellent breakfast. Older hotel w charm. I booked the smallest room for 3 day trip and as fairly big guy it was a mistake :) Shower so small that i was barely fitting myself in. But the room is ok if you just need a bed for the night. Room itself was clean and bed comfy. ”

”Friendly professional staff great location on the beach …”

”Very convenient straightforward stay! The ensuite room is very spacious and has a lot of handy extra bits like an iron and hair dryer, and a smart TV! The only downsides I'd say are the noise since its on a main road and poorly sound proofed. It would also be great if they could get a full size mirror Overall great stay!”

”Wonderful stay right where we needed it. The staff were all so friendly and the room a great size and stocked with what you need. Parking is mainly residential but there are numerous car parks around. Great food in the pub also!”

”The hotel was nice, breakfast good and staff very friendly and helpful. But. The floor in our room was sloping and we had our own little downhill in the room. The beds were comfortable to sleep in if you forgot about the fact that you were sleeping tilted, yet again I’m happy it was head up and not the other way round ;) the carpet in the room was not very clean and the room was quite dusty. I wouldn’t stay here again. ”

”The room was clean and large and the staff in the reception desk was nice.”

”Great staff and close to everything i needed”

”This place is little better than a youth hostel: unwelcoming, grim, dirty and unsafe. You would do better sleeping in a skip. There are no human beings involved in the entire process; all communication is through WhatsApp. Upon "registering" you are presented with a series of additional charges not mentioned on the booking site before "check-in". The "hotel" is completely unmarked on a grotty street just off the beachfront. It apparently operates under multiple names. The front door to the...

”Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more. Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair...
