The Master suite bath has a double vanity and walk-in shower with bench for a more spacious setup. The second bedroom has a king bed, closets,dressers, and nightstands, making them ideal for guests, roommates, or family. The third bedroom has a full bed. The second bathroom also features a double vanity and a tub/shower combo.

The back yard has fencing and can accommodate 3-4 horses. With five covered stalls.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, including a Keurig machine for leisurely coffee mornings. A dining table seats six, and a living room with a sofa, two chairs, a coffee table, and a 45" TV. A separate workout room allows you to move and stretch without leaving the house. The washer and dryer are located inside for easy laundry days.

Out back, there's a patio with a swimming pool, a spa, and a separate Arizona room for relaxing out of the sun. There's also a Ring doorbell system for extra peace of mind, and off-street parking is available.
