”The facility is new. The staff was unprepared. The room was wrong (1 bed vs 2)! So someone had to sleep on sofa bed. The staff just said 'Oh well this is all we have left tonight.' The only thing good about this place is the location to the airport. if that is all you are looking for then this place probably works but you will NOT have any other good feelings from staying in this location and we were not the only group that you could hear complaining in the lobby!”

”Strongly recommend staying at the Best Western Country Lane Inn! The welcoming atmosphere of the lobby made a great first impression - complete with a life-size ceramic Retriever, a fireplace and the smell of baked cookies! The dining area is spacious. ”The check-in process was confusing as apparently my assigned room was given to another guest. It took a staff of four to figure out what happened but they more than made it up by upgrading to a room with water views.”

”Staff was helpful and hotel was fine. And it was clean. It's a bit of a run down bldg. And it is expensive because it is in Juneau but it is right downtown. We had a room on the back and it was quiet. We were there for a short night before an early morning flight. The staff reserved a taxi for us for 5:30 am.
