”The view is beautiful and perfect way to start the day. The road isn’t paved so just be advised. I grew up in this area so I was prepared, but at night it is definitely dark and steep. The house was cozy and comfortable. This is our second stay and would for sure stay again, the front porch is massive and perfect for large groups and families. ”We booked Meadowlands Cottage and found - Dirty kitchen / outdoor area - Open! exposed rat poison in the kitchen - Mousetraps in the kitchen - Ants in the refrigerator This is NOT a safe place for children – leaving poison and other dangerous substances openly accessible. ”Very nice property, we enjoyed our stay. I gave 4 stars because check-in communication was a bit challenging. We were coming off a grand tour and has stayed in multiple homes, and were coming through areas with little to no service. I was up front about this and was unable to get an address/check in instructions until a few hours before check-in. Every other rental we had on the trip provided address and check in instructions at least 2-3 days prior to arrival. Again, overall nice stay, but we...
