”The staff at this hotel are just lovely. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and there was plenty of seating available. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We liked the bed and that the pillows were not thin and flat. This location is very convenient - very short walk to the Metro, and tons of restaurant options nearby. We had a few very minor quibbles. ”Not a traditional hotel - remote coded access. Off site parking available- 5 minute walk ($50 a night). Comfortable room, spacious. Breakfast included but small area and quickly crowded. Snacks and drinks available throughout the day. Walkable to Georgetown shopping area, but quiet street and more neighborhood like. Convenience store, small grocery next door (prepared, high quality options). ”

”Positive things first: location is great (near metro and whole foods, walking distance to Georgetown, DuPont circle etc.), the room was big and had a real kitchen. Some of the staff members were super nice and helpful and some were not. But the room was not only really outdated but partially almost falling apart. And the cleaning was also so and so or then the room was just so worn-out that it just looked dirty no matter how much cleaning was done. Not going back before major renovations. ”
