”This charming inn is located right by the beach in a lovely seaside town. The owners and staff are very friendly. Our room and bathroom were clean, air-conditioned and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious and farely varied. This inn as well as the whole city is very peaceful - something to take into account when planning your vacation. Also note that parking is by the streets so it might be a bit tricky to find a spot sometimes during the high season.”

”Proximity to the beach and boardwalk were great. I knew there was a nightclub downstairs, but I didn't expect it to carry up to our room (3rd floor) SO much. Even with earplugs, I couldn't really fall asleep until the music stopped around 2 AM. They also have nowhere to hold bags if you arrive early, or need a place to put them after checking out. No beach chairs, no beach badges, only towels. If you are going to party until 2 AM, then this is the place to stay.”

”When our international flight was canceled at Newark, we unexpectedly had a two-day layover. Instead of staying near the airport, we booked The Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel in Asbury Park. It turned a stressful travel disruption into a mini vacation. We were traveling with our two elderly mothers, and the location was perfect. Cross the street and you’re on the boardwalk at Convention Hall, with restaurants, shops, concerts, and the beach all within easy walking distance. The rooms were spacious,...

”Well maintained, clean pool and the staff is so attentive”

”The property is just off Main Street - so it’s close to restaurants and bars. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Parking is street only so could be a bit hard to find - although we found something on the next street. The room was clean with nice decor and the bed comfortable and there was a mini fridge and tv. We enjoyed the spa bath too. We appreciated the welcoming touch of cookies and coffee (& other drinks) was available downstairs in the morning. They also gave us $20 gift card...
