”What a magical place! The staff was so helpful, ensuring we had everything we need due to the upcoming storm. They even texted us when the volcano was fountaining so we could rush to view it! The kids loved waking up to the sights and sounds of a rainforest. Beautiful location.”

”Two of the towels were not cleaned and still hanging behind the bathroom door. Some of the towels had stains on them. The property was ok but not super clean. It was just for one night so we were fine with it otherwise would not recommend staying in it for multiple days. The sofa bed was quite old. Definitely not worth $200+ per night.”

”I had no hot water for my 3 night stay. Cold water only. The owner said to check the circuit breaker. I did. That didn’t solve anything.I was really looking forward to a nice outdoor hot tub after hiking all day in the rain. The switch to turn on the hot tub jets wasn’t working. The owner said a previous renter broke the switch so I had no jets. The water was warm but tub was dirty.The light on kitchen counter was broken so there was no light to prepare anything to eat.”

”We were really looking forward to the hot tub and it was the main reason we booked this place. When we looked at it, it was cloudy and dirty. We later found out it was broken. We ended up not staying either of the two nights we booked here. It seems fair to get a some refund since the hot tub was broken.”
