The Cartlodge is on the outskirts of a small village and situated a few minutes walk from an award winning gastro pub. There are a range of walks from the house through the beautiful Suffolk countryside. Five minutes drive away is the attractive market town of Woodbridge, sited on the River Deben which includes a range of pubs and restaurants and historic sites such as the Tide Mill and Market hill and amenities such as a leisure centre, cinema. Sutton Hoo is a short drive as well as two 12th Century castles.

The space
This beautifully presented barn conversion is tastefully decorated and furnished with a light airy modern feel. Although fully modernised, it maintains a wide array of the original features of the Cartlodge that it was converted from. The front door opens into an entrance porch with cupboards and space for hanging coats. The main living room is spacious with the original vaulted ceiling. There is a comfortable sitting area with sofa and large TV and a dining space with table and chairs and double French doors out onto the front patio seating area.
