The Nook, a luxurious barn, only 10 minutes walk into the village, pet friendly!

A 10 minute walk takes you into Woodhall Spa, a village surrounded by glorious woods, with world class golf, restaurants, cafes, pubs and the famous Kinema in the Woods.
After a short drive you will be in the Lincolnshire Wolds with the coast beyond. Alternatively the historic city of Lincoln is only a 30 min drive.
In Winter The Nook has a newly installed a Firefox 5 wood-burner and will provide you with plenty of fuel for your stay and clear instructions. Electric radiators add to your comfort ,the barn also has great ventilation for those summer months with a view over our west facing garden.
The living room is furnished with a squashy Tetrad sofa and footstool. We provide books for those times you want to switch off the 42inch smart TV with Sky, Netflix and Amazon Prime etc...also wifi.
The dining area sits two around a rustic kitchen table and the kitchen has all you need for self catering with a newly installed fan oven. Our local co-op does the excellent COOK line of pre-prepared food, if you great easy meal and we have a superb butchers providing free range pork, chickens and home made pies.
Our paddock provides a safe place to let your dog off leash (close the gates and pick up please).

In the bedroom we have made up the king size bed with all cotton bedding, a cosy feather duvet for the colder seasons, just ask us if you would prefer a hypo allergenic alternative and four pillows. Reading lamps and charging stations are there for your convenience. There is a wardrobe and set of drawers.

We are almost always here as your neighbours in the brick house and easily contactable in person or by phone.

You have access from a shared drive (park up under the trees as you come in) to the Nook which will be prepped and open for you. We will meet you if we are around - otherwise we will make arrangements with you prior to your visit.
