”The worst… Booked via Expedia, input the wrong card information. Literally called hotel within 5 minutes of noticing my mistake, and asked could they update my card information. They told me, they couldn’t, and I had to call Expedia. Called Expedia, same song and dance. I told them to cancel the reservation at this point because that’s ridiculous I can’t edit a reservation within 10 minutes of booking it. I can understand days, not 10 minutes. Hotel charged me for a week, and I requested...

”Clean room ”

”mediocre stay in every way. flush was broken, sink was clogged and accumulated water, there was an old cracker wrapper under the bed, heater/ac smelled burned, breakfast barely passes as edible, it was just very mediocre, not something i hated, but wouldn't necessarily recommend to anyone to stay here. staff was nice tho.”

”the guy at the front desk gave my key card to me in a used key sleeve- with food stains on it. if they're reusing paper sleeves/envelopes, what else are they reusing??”

”Rooms were clean but clearly dated. Breakfast was waffles only so I don’t think the hotel should claim breakfast. Staff was great. Microwave didn’t work in room but used the one in the lobby without issue. Didn’t use pool so no idea on that. Read reviews about smoke smell but did not experience that. Also no issue with water pressure. It wasn’t the greatest but no issue showering. You get what you pay for. Area was excellent.”

”Hotel overall was bad smelling. Our room was even worse. Elevator out of order, buckets in hall catching leaking water. Felt like the place was run down and not well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

”Great property. We were there with a large group and the entire staff made us feel welcome. They are some of the nicest people. I would absolutely stay here again. ”

”Everything was great except the toilet in the bathroom was too low to the floor. I didn't think to request a handicap room, however, a friend that was staying in a handicap room when we were there said that the bed was too low to the floor and asked to be moved. Otherwise everything was great. Perhaps you may consult the ADA for suggestions on improving the accessibility.”

”Easy access and secure. Close to everything but there was broken beer bottles all.over the back parking lot that really needs to be cleaned up.”
