”My famiily had a memorable stay at the Cozy Beach Retreat. The house itself is very clean & comfortable. The highlight of course was the swimming pool. We also enjoyed being close to the beaches at Island Beach State Park and Ocean Gate. We would definitely stay again!”

”Directly on the water, not a bad thing to say about the property. Ben the owner gave us space but also checked in daily to ensure we were happy. He had crab traps and let us cook them up. What an experience for a small family or couple. Only 5 minute drive to the beach, we went on 4th of July weekend and there was no bridge traffic. We aer going to book house again”

”As life can throw us curve balls, we needed a getaway. I looked for a quiet place close to the Nature places listed in the title to take pictures! This unit is very comfortable and has more of what you need than most places. Took a quick walk on the trails with the dog, very nice! I believe the black swans are the only two and are beautiful. We had a great meal at Oyster Creek, and there is a bakery in the Smithville shops. ”

”Our family had a wonderful stay. Pros: very close to bay beach ( few minute drive), 20 mins from LBI, clean home, easy to use kitchen, fenced in yard. The AC takes time getting used to the sound in the main bedroom, so I would bring a sleep sound. We had a great stay . If you are coming with young kids bring a travel tub because there is only a shower. ”

She left a ton of snacks which the kids loved and also left Cheerios for the kids to feed the swans with. Unfortunately, we had to cut out trip short since my daughter got sick but overall we had a great time. ”

Great restaurants with many BYOB options nearby, miniature golf and ice cream just a short walk from the house. The backyard is beautiful with plenty of seating and space to relax. Jimmy was a great help in making booking a breeze. Amazing location, able to take day trips to LBI and point pleasant easily. We can't wait to come back!”

”Great house for extended family stay. The house had the perfect layout for a large group gathering/spending time together before/during/after our wedding event. Gina the host was very accommodating letting us check in hours early which made the stay very relaxing and not rushed. The location was perfect not far from anything. It was very easy to get to the event, stores, beach and restaurants were all very close. The house was clean, and put together with everything we needed.Thank you for...
