”The lobby was under renovation I wasn’t aware of that, the breakfast was just okay, the rooms were clean and taking care of, the shower had light pressure, the parking lot was adequate. This hotel is in a good location easy access to the 405 & 101 I would recommend it for mostly location.”

”The motel is completely remodeled very nice interiors. Not necessarily a lot of little extra no coffee maker not lots of soaps, etc. but you don’t miss it because the interior remodel is very nice. Everything white modern sinks bathrooms all nicely remodeled clean safe very centrally located to Van Nuys. Sherman Oaks is the access the new parking in the back. And very affordable.”

”Bad place a lot of homeless people rund down hotel. Motel 6 is probably way better. It's totally false advertisement that's why no refund. They guy went in the room before we did took a minutes to fix whatever there was no couch a old futon it smell like mildew and paint plus no room everything was so close to everything the online picture shows enough space tv on wall everything was so different. ”Very, very poor facility, with homeless people occupying the parking spaces. It was so bad that I ended up not using the room for the two nights I paid for. Did not feel safe for myself or my rental car”

”The room needs an upgrade. The front desk staff could be more helpful. We checked in late. It would have been helpful to know that there were no dishes in the room and that after a certain time they don't deliver them to your room. We were exhausted from our drive and just wanted to make something quick to eat after showering. I had to go back down to the front desk to get dishes and towels. The body towels by the way are for toddlers. The housekeeping staff was Great!”

”The lobby was really pretty and the room was updated. The rest of the exterior of the building is really shabby and there was a homeless person living in the parking lot, albeit she was very nice. I understand that improvements are very expensive and they take time but it was quite noticeable that the building needed some love. The to go breakfast provided in the lobby was very nice.”
