Great location and new building, but the services here were the worst experiences I have had since traveling at lower star levels as a teenager.
We had two terrible experiences that could have been very simple to rectify and it took hours of our time complaining and following up. The worst one was the toilet got clogged, we were told there was nothing they could do and with shoulder shrugs offered us the use of the lobby bathroom for our stay. It wasn't rectified for three hours after I had to stand at the front desk for half hour encouraging them to either call the manager or get us a plunger ordered from a store and ill fix the problem .
The other was the simple request for new towels, we checked in late and three of us showered, but wanted dry towels for the morning. We were told they dont do that first day, when we pressed they said they would send some up, we never got the towels until we went back down the following night ourselves to get them.
Additionally, there is now wine offered or a lounge. Not a huge deal, but when you are traveling in a beautiful location its nice to sometimes unwind at your hotel with a glass of wine before bed.
Good: linens and beds, some staff of the staff was friendly for sure.
Disappointed in what we expected to be a good experience in a trusted chain hotel that is new and in a fantastic neighborhood
