”The late check in of 4pm and room was still not ready, the concierge did comp us wolf pack package for this, however when room was ready gave us a standard room and we had paid for a premium suite, the lodge had over booked so we were not able to change rooms. Food was overpriced, games are very used and not spread out enough to accommodate all the patrons. The pool and slides saved this trip for us, although at peak times it was very crowded but the swim staff kept it fun.”

”Room was clean. Pets were accommodated with a first floor room and pet grass area with bags available. Breakfast was the usual complimentary hot breakfast. Parking seemed like it might be limited, but we actually had no issues finding a parking spot. All good.”

”This motel is not recommended to family stay especially if you have toddler or child. First the entire environment is dirty (cigarettes butts and trash everywhere) and second, the most concerning or bothering me is the people hanging around there to make me doesn’t feel safe.
The bedsheet has dirty spots and hair to make me wonder if they ever washed and changed it. The bathroom is ok but stained as expected. The only good thing pet is free to stay.”

”Kitchen pipes frozen due the weather. Pipe running water to the living room floor due to the weather. Maintanence fixing the issues while trying to have Christmas dinner with the family. Not so nice experience at all.
Family suite located upstairs of the main house and hearing every step and move done in the house.
Wanted to check out a day early, but didnt even get any reaction or answer to my request. Did still leave a day early and received a thank you and invoice for our stay. ”

”When I pulled into the parking lot, I wasn't sure I was at a hotel since it looks like an old apartment building. It looked a little 1970s run down. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door. It was very nice with a funky vibe, and it didn't smell like an old hotel.
I'm kind of spoiled because I usually stay in 5 stars only hotels. As a 3 star I would stay in this one again. The room was clean and nice. The refrigerator worked great in the room, as did the air conditioner. I didn't...

”The front desk is racist. He directly told us I don’t like your face, get out of here. He said that to me in front of my little kid. He asked us to get out of the hotel at 3am, and we even have a fully paid room for 2 nights. It’s a traumatic experience for my son. After I beg since it’s 3am and I have my little one with me, he gave us a room but the AC is not working at all. During our whole stay. I did ask them to change our room, but they refused. Worst ever.”

”The room was clean. The beds were hard which some people like we are more of a soft bed kind of people. The pillows on the bed were very lacking very small and there was only two pillows on each bed. The pool was not open at all. And the continental breakfast was very lacking. We actually ended up leaving and having breakfast at restaurants for our entire stay. The parking lot is very small and tight, but overall our stay, there was good.”
