”Renovations/ replacement of bath fixtures was evident and nicely done. The bath towels were nice and thick (not like the thin, scratchy scotchbrite towels of Comfort Inn). The carpet was old and would benefit the ambiance and comfort of the room if it were replaced. ”
”Room was updated, and very nice and clean. Staff was very polite. The only thing I was a bit set back on was that their dumpster was overflowing and there was trash that was was in and out of bags off to the side of it along with an appliance and beds. That area really needs cleaned up.”
”The staff was nice. There was no one at the counter to check out, just a note to leave the keys on counter which is not wise. Area was sketchy and hard to find hotel. Outside was very ran down. Inside was ok. Continental breakfast was cereal, out meal and toast! I would have preferred to pay more and stay somewhere nicer. ”

”Great property with easy access to restaurants and wine tasting from 125 Washington wineries. Fidelitas and Delille Cellars are just a quick walk across the parking lot. We stayed at the property for a wedding at the Columbia Collective and it was an easy 5 minute walk. We loved our meal of fresh halibut at the Barking Frog and enjoyed snacks and drinks at the lobby bar. The staff were exceptional. Will definitely stay at the Willows again. ”
