Vain kolmen minuutin ajomatkan tai rauhallisen kävelymatkan päässä Woodstockin keskustaan sijaitsevasta upeasta viiden makuuhuoneen nykyaikaisesta kodista, joka sijaitsee lähes 5 hehtaarin alueella, on upeat vuoristomaisemat melkein jokaisesta ikkunasta ja paljon ulkotilaa nauttiaksesi luonnon kauneudesta. Täydellinen perheloma tai pariskunnille, jotka haluavat levätä, rentoutua ja nauttia vuoristoilmasta.

Talossa on 4655 neliöjalkaa, viisi makuuhuonetta ja neljä kylpyhuonetta, joista kaksi makuuhuoneen sviittiä ja erillinen vierasmökki. Alakerrassa on olohuone, jossa on ainutlaatuinen puinen katto, takka ja baari, ja yläkerrassa suuri huone, jossa lasimaalaukset, korkeat katot, iso poikkipinta-sohva ja uusi huippuluokan tilaäänentoistojärjestelmä ja TV. Yläkerran makuuhuoneessa on ovi ulos omaan kannelle, jossa on bistropöytä ja tuoli, ja kiesit ylimitoitetun ikkunan luona tai nukkumiseen. Alakerran makuuhuoneessa on näkymä uima-altaalle ja sisäänrakennettu lipasto. Kahdessa alakerran makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuoteet. Kaikki kylpyhuoneet on hiljattain remontoitu. Molemmissa master-kylvyissä on kaksinkertaiset nieluja. Yläkerran master-kylpyammeessa on erillinen kylpyamme ja suihku. Kauniit puulattiat, täysin varustettu keittiökeittiö ja tyylikkäät koristeet ovat joitain, jotka tekevät kodista niin erityisen.

Lounas sohvalla näytön kuistilla tai syödä ulkona ruokapöydällä puisella kannella. Uima 20 x 40 -jalkaisessa uima-altaassa tai rentoudu ulkouima-altaassa. Tämä on ihanteellinen koti nauttia perheen, ystävien, luonnon ja kulttuurin.

Lovely Family Retreat

We had a great vacation at this house - it was spacious and clean. There was plenty of space for kids and adults to enjoy themselves. It felt like we had our own retreat while also being close enough to town for small hikes and a trip to get ice cream. With two families we each had our own part of the house and we used the extra building for our grandfather to have a quiet place for himself. The pool was a delight and we enjoyed an evening around the firepit. After the kids were in bed the adults enjoyed cards on the screened in porch and time in the hot tub.Communication was top notch and everything was as expected if not better! It even felt more spacious than we thought based on the photos.

We had a great quality family time long weekend. If I built my own house, it would be similar in design to this. My kids would be downstairs with enough bedrooms for themselves and their children. great house and attentive owners

we stayed for 8 days. guests included a couple in our 70's, 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren, ages 16 months, 4 yrs and 8 yrs. We loved the house and pool and had a great time. Really great vaca with adult children!

Stayed at this lovely property for about a week with our three adult children, their spouses and their infant children. Awesome place! Owner communication was excellent and small issue (failed circuit breaker) was settled quickly and efficiently. We had a great time in the pool, hot tub, playing games at night at the large dining room table, and enjoyed local hikes and yours!

Great family vacation!

This was the perfect house for our three-generation group of parents, step-parents, adult children,, siblings, spouses, partners, grandchildren/niece/nephew! The house was nicely laid out and the small cottage came in very handy. The kitchen was fairly well-equipped and we made many of our meals there and on the grill. We loved the screened in porch and spent a good amount of time there. The town and surrounding are are great!

Wonderful long weekend

We’re a group of 8 friends (4 couples) who took some time away for some rest and it was awesome. The house was clean and welcoming. We had all the information we needed ahead of our stay to make it easy and comfortable. The unexpected treat was that the snow fell beautifully for an entire day and we changed our plans to go out and spent a large part of the day in the hot tub and watching the snow through the giant windows. It was magical. Highly recommend.

Looking for a change of scenery and this house did the trick! Wanted a girls weekend away where we could catch up by a fire and sip wine but also be close to a cute town. Fun extended weekend in Woodstock

Our party of 8 enjoyed the 3 day extended weekend at this property with something for everyone! The pool, hot tub and fire pit were enjoyed by all and the star studded sky was a special treat. The house was well stocked, comfortable and large enough for two families to not get in each other’s way. The short drive to Woodstock meant easy access to restaurants and everything else Woodstock has to offer.

A great experience

We were happy to be back at Lynn and Greg's house after 6 years. It is as lovely as ever, with fancy new bathrooms! The pool and hot tub are great; the house spacious and well equipped. Lynn and Greg were incredibly responsive hosts-- every question answered almost immediately. Woodstock is a great area, and the house is a few minute drive to the town of Woodstock. Lots to do in this wonderful corner of the world.

Outstanding property!

My husband and I rented this property for the month of July and had a fantastic time, both by ourselves and with our adult children and small grandchildren. The house itself is very comfortable and inviting. The kitchen is fully stocked without being at all cluttered. Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. are well-organized, and everything is exactly where you would expect to find it. Likewise, the bedrooms have plenty of linens and towels; all of the bathrooms are beautifully renovated. There are several dining and living areas — both small and large, so large groups can gather together or spread out individually. For our family, the piece de resistance was definitely the 20x40 pool. It is expertly maintained, long enough for swimming laps, and shallow enough on one end for our young grandchildren (3,4, and 5) to play contentedly for hours. There are plenty of loungers and pool towels. Even just sitting at the pool is a pleasure, as it is beautifully landscaped and has breathtaking views of forest land and mountains. When we first arrived, we had a few questions, and Lynn and Gregg always got back to us immediately. They were lovely and considerate hosts. Everyone agreed that this was a perfect choice for our family, and we checked out very reluctantly at the end of the month.

Most awesome house

This property stood out to us for its openness, light, heated pool and hot tub, and it’s ability to accommodate a large group. We loved staying here. The pool was truly heated, the hot tub excellent, the fire pit was perfect. There are so many spaces in the house that I was able to do a little work one day upstairs and felt a million miles away. Outstanding vacation spot!

We just finished a weeklong stay at this wonderful home in Woodstock, NY with our family of 9, including 8 adults and one toddler, for a family getaway. The hosts were a pleasure to communicate with before and during the stay and made check-in and check-out easy, providing detailed information. The house was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and full of amenities in every space that go well above and beyond. We made full use of the 5 bedrooms, two living room areas, a very well-equipped kitchen, and perfect-for-summer screened porch. Set in a beautiful heavily-wooded area with much privacy, the heated swimming pool and hot tub were also maintained in perfect condition and enjoyed by all throughout the week. The house is a short walk (1 mile) or drive to downtown Woodstock with its many unique shops and dining options (Bread Alone was definitely a favorite). We cannot recommend this home (and hosts) more highly and look forward to a return visit!
