”The place was clean”

”We were in a room that the window treatments would not open and the light switch didn’t turn any lights on. The fan was blowing air that smelled very much of must and mildew. I would not stay at this hotel again.”

”The people that worked there were very good to us. I feel the owner or the management of that hotel. I’d be ashamed of yourself leaving one person behind the desk 65 rooms to take care of they can’t do it. It’s very hard and they tried they did their best. That’s why I gave it a three not because of the people it’s because of the Owner and management of that hotel ought to be ashamed of themselves. They need to pay those people double pay that’s my personal opinion. Thank you.”

”There is no elevator at this hotel. As someone that has bad knees, elevators are important. I told her I would need ground floor as climbing 3 flights of stairs would be quite painful for me. She then asked what was wrong with me that I couldn’t use the stairs. She said I should’ve indicated that when I reserved the room. I said I’ve never seen a hotel without an elevator or I certainly would’ve. Very condescending.”

”Husband and I had to make a quick stay due to air conditioning issues in our home during heat wave. Everything was wonderful!!!”

”Love the breakfast layout, always an attendant keeping food plentiful and fresh. All areas of the hotel were clean. Did not utilize the pool area. Beds could be softer but may be fine for others.”

”Half the time the key cards did not work. We stayed 2 nights. On first morning we went to breakfast and there was no coffee. They told us they were out and that some was on the way. Next day sign on coffee machine saying out of order. Nly coffee in our rooms was decaf. Bed mattress did not have mattress cover. Our top comforter was stained underneath. Walls were very thin. We heard everything through the walls. We stayed over two nights for a wedding. Got back to the hotel at 12:30 in...

”The room was in poor condition as far as the microwave was very old and broke the walls was extremely dingy the bed was rock hard and bathroom was not the cleanest and spiders joined me in the shower out the building was a lot of contraction material including several toilets but the one in my room was not new”

”The place was very nice and relaxing. The gentleman who owns the place is definitely a gentleman. He brought my heavy baggage downstairs to my car. What a nice man. I would recommend this place to anyone.”

”The room was clean the motel itself inside was clean. The staff was great to work with. The price was fair On the downside, the air conditioner system was not the best, I had it all the way down to the lowest temperature setting and was still warm in the room. They advertise a free breakfast, I think they should change that, they should advertise free coffee and a bagel... Lol In fact we would just get up every morning and go straight to the waffle House or McDonald's. Not much of a...

”Room was exceptionally clean. Staff were very polite. Old hotel that has been fully renovated. Pool looked very inviting however the weather did not cooperate. Great stay will be back.”

”Everything was clean, staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was okay. Kept getting runaround with checkin and my checkin was an hour late because housekeeping was low staff. Had to keep driving around occupying my children while we waited. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.”
