”Check in was extremely slow; there were 3 persons in line before me. The clerk seemed to be having issues; she was very slow. At time of check there was no water at the property (city issue, not hotel issue). Was restored within a couple hours after check in. However, later that night I had no HOT water. I called front desk, clerk stated she had not been told of issues & maintenance was already gone for the day. Flooring in the bathroom needs to be replaced badly. Lots of mold on lower part of...
