”Excelente place, very clean and organized inside, it could improve the external area and the identification (street name and number) thr maps was very clear and easy to find but I wad not expecting the gate to have that wood look and the small number in the electrical box. Other than that I would recomend this place to everyone. One more time, the cleanliness was perfect”

”Everything was neat and tidy. The reason for only Good review was because it's an older building (no fault to the host). My husband is over 200 lbs so the mattress was a little loud. Other than that, our stay was great and we'd definitely stay again for the location and price. Eric was very attentive and we appreciate being able to stay.”

”Perfect spot for my needs. I am a retired traveler, and this place had everything I needed. The photos are accurate, the apartment was very clean, and everything worked properly. It is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and nightlife within walking distance (the Thai restaurant in the building was a huge bonus). It is in walking distance of the Capitol Building, the sculpture garden, and Gray's Lake. It is on a major surface road, but there was zero noise in the apartment....

”My overall experience was positive with the host, but I could not give the property itself a higher rating. The host was very nice, responsive, and worked with me when the property was not cleaned properly upon arrival. He also checked in to make sure things were going well. However, this property didn't seem completely ready for guests. As an older unit, I could tell some updates had been made. But the painted walls had cracks in them, the floor was slanted, the lower kitchen cabinets were open...

”Short story, what was supposed to be a cheaper one night stay, ended up with a towed car and a towing bill. No mention of parking not being available in the complex in the listing. No mention of parking rules in the check in email. By the time I got clarification, I was already at a concert with my car left behind so I wouldn’t have to worry about looking for parking near the event. The irony doesn’t escape me.”
