”Shared a room with three adults during Download festival. Pros: Hotel was conveniently located and everything worked well, staff were friendly and hot shower for everyone. Room was sufficiently spacious to fit three adults and their luggage during a 4 night stay. Cons: Spare bed (cot bed) had some sharp edges and was of course not the most comfortable sleep for 4 nights. ”

”Check in was easy. I had filled in the registration form prior to our visit. They had taken not of my comment on the form and had given us a room with easy access, no stairs to worry about. Our room was very clean when we arrived, had a nice smell to it when we opened the door. On discovering the duvet contained feathers, my daughter asked if it was possible to have a duvet without feathers, a replacement was brought up to our room within an hour. Staff were happy, helpful and cheerful,...

”The booking details shown in the Hotels.com app and in the confirmation email were not so clear. They did not mention or remind me that I had to pay at the hotel. I thought I had already paid online by debit card. At the counter, I had to check my bank account again to make sure there was no duplicate payment before I paid. The room, towels, and bedding were average; just a few hairs and specks were found. Breakfast was as good as expected.”
