”A very simple & overpriced hotel in a good location. Room cleaning during stay not included, no room service or restaurant in the hotel neither. Just a vending machine with soda, chocolate and crisps. Staff (one person) in the reception 24/7. Felt a bit unsafe at times, despite the hotel entrance being locked after 10 PM. A small bathroom in which water from shower leaked to the floor. Wifi & air conditioning worked well.”

”A very dated hotel. Welcome at reception luke warm with a team that seem disinterested in providing a welcoming friendly greeting to arriving guests. Many windows broken, rooms in need of a deep clean and refresh. Small amounts of mould and poorly repaired sealant in bathrooms. Towels and bed linen clean. There is very much a vibe of “how little can we do to maintain the hotel, how cheaply can we do this repair, how little can we pay and invest in our employees”. And that approach shows....

”Very noisy because of the pub below so until 23:00 loud then from 05:00 in the morning music starts again and people singing so if you want to party I guess it’s the right place but if you want to rest get yourself a proper hotel room, me personally I wouldn’t go back ”

”We’re disturbed all night by rude guests. Staff were not willing to come and check in on the noise and put an end to it. I was woken up at least 5 times before 3.30am. Management completely unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the situation. ”

”The location is right next to Luton airport. I used it for my early morning flight. I was impressed with how well stocked the room was, there was water and Pepsi max in the fridge. The house had everything you could possibly need. I would definitely recommend for a short or long stay. ”

”From the moment we arrived the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They let us check in even though we were slightly early and they changed the room to a ground floor one so we didn’t have to climb the stairs. The room was perfect. Clean, spacious and welcoming. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We felt spoilt. ”Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice bar/restaurant. Check in time was a little off (about 1 hour) which I think was a capacity issue. Spa was great, Sauna and Steam rooms were a little small to match the capacity of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay though apart from the capacity issue. If you’re staying there for the spa treatments, you should confirm availability before booking a room, they seem to have pretty limited slots which is disappointing for anyone planning to relax and complete escape from...
