âI needed a place to stay for one night after an evening event in Scunthorpe. Gary and Sue were welcoming and most accommodating to my need for a late evening return. Good clean room with iron and tea made available. Well worth the money.â

âI was in room one over looking boating lake. It had teas,coffees, glass spoon and cup. Hot water with bath and shower, plenty of fresh towels and floral gel soaps. Comfy bed. Staff helpful and explained about entry and times.â

âLovely staff in an old beautiful building. The breakfast was great and the room was cosy and clean but a little on the colder side. Unfortunately we were directly above the function room which had a party on the Saturday day. The music was so loud that the furniture was vibrating. I should have requested a quiet room upon booking. I wouldn't let it put me off booking againâ
