Late check-out: up to 12:00 pm, available for a flat fee of £20.

Unauthorised early check-in or late check-out may result in additional charges.

★ Lost Property Returns ★

If any personal items are left behind, we are happy to assist with returning them where possible.
A flat £10 fee will be charged to cover postage, packaging, and handling time for returning lost items.
All arrangements and charges will be handled through Airbnb in accordance with platform policy.
For larger or high-value items requiring special delivery, additional postage costs may apply.
Any unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days.

A standard set of bed linens and towels is provided at check-in based on the number of guests booked.

Other things to note
Noise Disclosure

Due to its central location opposite late-night bars and restaurants (typically open until around 2am on weekends), the apartment can experience increased street noise on weekend nights.

We are currently in the process of applying for secondary glazing to improve sound insulation. Until this is installed, the property is less suitable for light sleepers or guests seeking a particularly quiet weekend stay.

Earplugs are highly recommended at weekends for added comfort.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, kindly note:

★There's no parking spot available in the premises, but we're happy to provide list of paid parking recommendations in the area.

Luggage Storage: Please note that we’re unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out due to liability and insurance considerations.
