”Stayed in the Moon Gazer gypsy caravan. It has ‘lived’ but is cute, quirky and the bed/bedding was lovely. Quiet and private with a bird song orchestra we had lovely weekend drinking locally brewed ale/cider and listening to local ‘turn up and play’ folk musicians. Superb weekend all round.”

The carpet was dusty (or at least not cleaned/vacuum cleaned) since the previous customer, nor was it cleaned between our 2 nights stay. What was much worse; in the room there was a stark moldy smell that did not go off even as we kept the windows from both sides of the room open for 2 full days & nights. ”This is a converted coaching inn at the junction of a few roads. Easy parking, good breakfasts and dinners, plenty of character. A bit of a downside if you’re a light sleeper with the traffic and kitchen exhaust system. Otherwise, easy place to stay.”

”Beautiful old pub in idyllic setting. Perfect for a quick drive into Stratford and the race course. Very warm welcome, lovely clean individual rooms retaining lots of the buildings charter. Bed was beautifully clean and we had a fantastic nights sleep. Full English breakfast freshly cooked was spot on. Great walk around the village, we will be back soon. Thank you 😊”
